Excellent size room and facilities including coin laundry which is quite cheap. Service is always great there, and the breakfast is really good and worth it. The price is great and close to all the main things in town, and well connected by road.

The reason why I chose to stay in this hotel as Fukuchiyama was good for me to go to Amanohashidate and Ine. It is convenient to go to fukuchiyama from both Kyoto and Osaka by bus and JR Limited Express Train. You can reach Fukuchiyama Station on foot within 5 minutes. It is a nice and silent place to stay and get recharged. I would like to stay in this hotel again if I have another chance to go to Amanohashidate.

I stayed here for several nights. I had dinner on the first night and breakfast at the restaurant Waraku on the first floor. I was happy that the food on the plan for guests only was very reasonable. I was also surprised that parking was free! I will use this hotel again.

The welcome coffee was good.
It was nice that disposable chopsticks were provided immediately and free of charge.
Amenities: I tried using the razor, but it bled in multiple places and wasn't very sharp, so I won't use it next time.
It was nice that there were disposable body wash towels, but they sometimes stung.
