Hotel is clean, near restaurant, and bus station. I like it.

It was a bit hard to find, to be honest. But the room facilities were great! Very clean, and it even had a kitchen. I bought some fresh, high-quality Wagyu from the supermarket and cooked it, which was absolutely delightful. From now on, whenever I go to Japan, I'm definitely booking a room with a kitchen, haha!

The room was very clean and tidy, and our family had a comfortable stay. It has a small kitchen where we could easily make breakfast and late-night snacks. There's also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for shopping.

Waiting too long for checkin

This is my second stay here. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, perfect for extended stays. The facilities are well-equipped, and it's wonderfully quiet. Check-in was smooth; it's helpful to check your email beforehand for the QR code and instructions. Other guests were friendly and courteous. There's a large supermarket nearby, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Hakata subway station. The price is significantly lower, offering truly outstanding value for money.

The room was very clean. The large bed could comfortably sleep three people, and with additional floor mattresses and a sofa bed, it's really ideal for families traveling with children. The shampoo provided was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with both a local supermarket and a 7-Eleven nearby. On our check-in day, we weren't sure how to use the registration system. The customer service was incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding us step-by-step over the phone until we were finally inside our room.

Extremely satisfied with this brand-new serviced apartment hotel. The unit was incredibly spacious for a solo traveler. The location is fantastic – very close to Hakata, with a bus stop right downstairs and a supermarket directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient. The room itself was spotless and fully equipped. It was perfect for preparing a simple breakfast, and a relaxing bath in the evening was just what I needed to unwind. I particularly loved the shampoo provided!

Location is not bad. 5-10 min. bus ride from Hataka Statiin. Kitchen facilities are sufficient. But it would be better if one additional pan is provided.

Overall, the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It's perfect for self-sufficient travelers who like to cook their own meals or heat up packed lunches. The only slight drawback is its distance from Hakata Station and the subway. However, there's a supermarket and plenty of small eateries nearby, which is very convenient.

Nice room, big for 2 pax. Self check in at level 1. Register before u arrive. Room got everything equipped. But the window is not air-tight, cold air still blow in. Nearby no subway, only bus to Hakata, which is 5 stop away cost 210yen.

It was so clean! This is definitely the right choice for a family of three. While it's a bit of a distance from the Hakata Exhibition Center, it's still walkable, and there are also convenient bus options. Fantastic value for money! Both check-in and check-out were very smooth.
