The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station (Hakata-guchi exit). There are also convenience stores nearby. It's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. Facilities: Although the room is small, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is a nice surprise. It's clearly a new hotel, and the shower space is very comfortable. Service: It's decent, and they offer a welcome drink. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a self-service laundry room, so I had to wash my clothes by hand!

The location is super convenient! I walked between Hakata Station and Canal City every day. There's also a small bus stop right behind the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere by bus – it was the most I've ever taken the bus on my first trip to Japan. The front desk provided bath salts for soaking every day, which was a lifesaver for my tired feet after all the shopping!

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located with many shopping malls nearby, making shopping and dining very easy. Overall, it felt clean and quiet, and the staff were polite. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though the area was a bit crowded. The hotel's location is excellent for transportation. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Hotel is about 5-10min walking distance from Hakata station. It is walking distance to many great eateries, but quiet enough from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed the coffee machine, lemon water and fruit vinegar drinks available at lobby!

The hotel is close to the hakata station and also bus station as well. Many restaurant nearby also convinience store. Room was ok but too small for big luggages so we need to open behind the door. They hv beauty products like face lotion/wash but everytime we took it the receptionist keep looking at us😂. They need to clean the cealing as we can see a spider web look alike hanging.

Clean, quiet, and staff are all friendly and helpful. A lot of amenities are provided. The room is quite small but I think its quite normal in Japan. Very close to subway.

The location is very convenient - only about a 8-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room is a bit small, but well-equipped. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The sink is outside. The front desk provided bath salts and skincare products. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

It's not near nor far from Hakata Station. Check In and Out were smooth. Receptionists were friendly. Room layout makes 2 luggages a little challenging to fit.

This hotel is similar vibe to APA hotel with just standard amenities and small space in the room, standard Japan level of cleanliness. However one thing to note, the bed was soooo soft like you sink once you lie down, it is not a good thing for people who aren’t used to it.

Highly recommend S-Peria Hotel for first time travelers to Hakata. It is a great choice for those seeking convenience and value for money. The location is very close to Hakata station, and mostly flat along the way, which is perfect for those with wheeled suitcases. It is also located in between multiple convenience stores which was very handy. The room is a good size for two travelers with large suitcases ideally without clamshell opening. Everything was clean and comfortable for the two nights we stayed there. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we had seamless service during our stay.
