BAND HOTEL HAKATA

Great location, clean room. The self check-in was smooth, but the customer service was practically nonexistent.

The hotel is exactly as described in all aspects, and the location is convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

Check-out at 10 AM! Before booking, I specifically asked on the platform if it was possible to pay for a late check-out, and the answer was 'yes, until 12 PM.' But when we arrived, we were told it was only until 11 AM... We eventually accepted it. This isn't a hotel! It's more like an apartment-style guesthouse or Airbnb. There's no lobby, and check-in is completely self-service. For our two-day stay, no one came to clean our room. You have to get your own towels. I was willing to overlook the lack of service until then, but what really got to me happened next. On check-out day, at 11:05 AM, while we were still packing, the cleaning staff started banging on our door with an incredible force, like they were trying to break it down – 20 to 30 really loud knocks! The main point is, when they first knocked, I already told them I was still packing and to wait a moment, I'd be out soon... It felt so disrespectful! And I wasn't fully dressed yet, so as a woman, it was really awkward to open the door again. I've never experienced anything this bad even in a regular hotel! Are you really in such a rush to clean? Couldn't you have gone to clean another room first?

There were four of us staying, and we received an extra duvet for one person. The thick duvet made for a very comfortable night's sleep~

This hotel is absolutely the best value for money for a group of three!

Clean and good. Recommend.

We stayed here for the entire week of this trip. The suite is 53 square meters, with one bed and one sofa bed, which is very family-friendly. It has a canal view. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's also very close to Tenjin. The only minor issue is the soundproofing of the floor. We check out at 10:00 AM normally, but around 8:00 or 9:00 AM we might hear some thumping and packing noises. It's fine for early risers, but those who prefer to sleep in might experience some issues. Overall, it's great value for money.
