Self check-in was super convenient, which I really appreciated! The room felt bright and spotless. It's only a few minutes' walk to Fukudai-mae Station, so I think it's got good access to Tenjin and Hakata. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I'm ever back in Fukuoka.

This hotel maximizes space efficiently, proving that good things come in small packages. It felt quite comfortable overall, is conveniently located near a subway station, and close enough to explore Fukuoka University.

Stayed here because it's near Fukuoka University. The induction hob didn't work. The towels looked like something you'd find at grandma's house. There were no sheer curtains, so I couldn't open the blackout curtains, which made it very dark. No TV was also a letdown. The parking lot was cramped. If you just need a place to sleep, it's probably fine.

This guesthouse was a very pleasant experience, even though it was a private place with no staff or visitors. The check-in process was simple, though I received an email notification beforehand. Although it's located in the Fukuoka University area, it's only a 20-minute subway ride from the Tenjin shopping district. The guesthouse was quiet and comfortable, a great experience! I was especially grateful for the snowfall!

The surrounding roads are narrow and there are only two parking spaces, which is a bit inconvenient, but the room had a bed and mattress, which was nice. It would have been even better if there was a TV, but there is free Wi-Fi, so overall I think it's a good place to stay.

A nice, cute apartment. It has everything you need. We had a problem with the shower when we checked in, but they fixed it that same day while we were out exploring. Very nice! Thank you for your prompt service! :) The only thing is, it would be nicer if the tea and coffee mugs were larger and ceramic instead of plastic. And the towels leave a lot of lint, which is annoying, but these are minor issues and I would recommend improving their quality.

Arriving in the evening, it was a bit hard to find because it was in a residential complex, and the surrounding buildings all looked pretty much the same. There was no TV in the room, but the door wasn't large. The room was clean and odorless, very tidy. Our room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator, which might be inconvenient for those with large, heavy luggage.
