Great location, but not many places for late-night snacks. It's self-service for check-in and check-out, and you need to contact them via iPad for towels and water.

The apartment had three beds in total: one sofa bed and two futon beds (which you lay out yourself). It comfortably slept our group of four adults and three children. The in-unit washer-dryer and dishes were very convenient. The location is excellent, right by the "Kushida Shrine Mae" subway exit, with an elevator at Exit 6. There's also a 24-hour supermarket nearby where you can buy seasonal fruits (peaches/melons in mid-July). Even though we only stayed for two nights, they still came to clean the room and change the trash (which requires sorting). The only minor issue was the self-check-in process took a bit of time to figure out, but otherwise, everything was perfect.
