The room was spacious, and the transportation was decent. There's a supermarket nearby, and you can walk to the beach. The only downside is that the decor is a bit dated, but otherwise, it's pretty good.

Room are apectacular great with lots of facility. You can do wash your cloth, eating and the room is super space and it is good for traveller with need to have a big storage

The room was quite spacious, as it's a hotel-style apartment, which is a bit different from a regular hotel. There was a Chinese-speaking assistant at the front desk, so communication was no problem. I didn't see any non-smoking rooms when I booked, so I'm not sure if they were fully booked, but for a non-smoker, a smoking room really reeks, and they don't seem to do any smoke treatment. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, with no smart features, but it was an experience to see that 'old money' style. The parking lot next door is quite expensive, around 1500-1600 yen a day, but you can enter and exit freely. You might find cheaper parking a bit further away. It's very close to the Fukuoka Urban Expressway, right after you exit. Nishijin Station is about a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options around there.

The hotel room is big and clean, and service is excellent. Will definitely come back next time.

Location is around 15 minutes walking from train station. But it is okay for us because we drive. Their parking is right next to the hotel and they allow us to reserve in advanced.

Everything was perfect. Even the little kitchen inside. They gave me even a little coupon for the restaurant, and the service in the room are great. Fantastic view. Very friendly staff.

Strange hotel / apartment, it’s very large and spacious but not much to fill the space and doesn’t have a very homely or comfy vibe. Rooms were clean though and there was everything you needed from an apartment. Staff at reception were very welcoming but didn’t seem to have the same urgency to help as other places I’ve visited in Japan. The location was fantastic for our sightseeing and sporting needs. We had a short walk to the Fukuoka Dome to watch baseball and short walks to other sightseeing spots, including the beach. Public transport was also very close by and convenient.

Nice neighbourhood and spacious room. External breakfast options are not many, excluding 7-11 or Family Mart

A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.

Very noisy freezer and no price reduction. Pool costs extra! No reduction in the price even when 4 people couldent sleep which is the main reason for having a hotel room…
