Tokyu Stay Hakata Reviews

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Hakata during my trip to Fukuoka and had a really pleasant experience. The location is very convenient — it’s only about a 5–8 minute walk from Hakata Station, which made getting around extremely easy. From there, you can easily access the subway to Fukuoka Airport or take the Shinkansen to other cities in Japan. Another thing I liked was the surrounding area. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and being close to Hakata Station means you are also within walking distance to shopping malls and many local food spots. Overall, Tokyu Stay Hakata is a very practical and comfortable hotel choice in Fukuoka. With its convenient location and useful in-room amenities, it’s especially great for travelers staying a few days who want easy access to transportation and the city.

Hakata has such amazing food! 🥹 The hotel pays great attention to detail! The location is a bit out of the way, but there's a shopping mall and convenience stores nearby, and the price is quite reasonable.

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room was extremely well thought out and very comfortable, especially for travelers. Having a washing machine and microwave right in the room made a huge difference and made our stay so convenient. Everything we needed was provided, and the room was clean, modern, and well maintained. Service was excellent and the overall experience felt effortless and stress free. Highly recommended, especially for couples or anyone staying more than a night.

Surprisingly near the station. Very clean and comfortable room, and in room washing machine was a huge help. would stay again.

Pretty good! The rooms all have a washer-dryer combo and a microwave, and the location is decent. Just turn right and walk straight to the station! The service was excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was quite unique, but with only three options, I wouldn't recommend eating it every day if you're staying for a while. ⦁֊⦁꧞

A satisfying hotel experience. It's conveniently located; if you turn right at the first intersection after exiting the hotel, you'll see a Lawson convenience store. If you go straight past the traffic light, the subway station isn't far. The hotel offers self-service toiletries. After checking in, I got a gachapon token and won a free breakfast, which was great! For breakfast, the self-service soup was delicious, and for the main dish, you could choose one of three options when you presented your meal voucher at the restaurant. The room was well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, safe, a trouser press, and plenty of power outlets.

Great location and excellent service! While the room wasn't huge, it offered the best value for money you could find in Japan. The only downside was the noise from being close to the JR line. The service was fantastic, and the room was spotlessly clean. Having a washing machine and microwave in the room was a huge plus for travelers!

Perfect location. 5-10 mins walk from hakata station. Room is small but compact. Enough to open 2 medium size luggages. Quiet enough even though is near the train track. Many convenience stores around. Serve free drinks at their cafe. Bonus if u book the room with washing machine and dryer , so convenient. But bear in mind , no room cleaning during stay.

I love this hotel! So clean, decent standard and great amenities choices to choose! Also i ‘won’ a complimentary breakfast by playing their ‘wheel of fortune’ haha

The hotel is very close to Hakata Station. The surroundings are nothing special, but the hotel itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the service is excellent. The hotel breakfast is also fantastic.

Overall, a pretty satisfying experience. The hotel is about a 5-8 minute walk from Hakata Station, and you can reach it from both exits. The highlight for me was having a washer/dryer combo and a microwave in the room, which was incredibly convenient. The room size is typical for Japan, a bit on the smaller side. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend booking a residential room instead.

Unfortunately, did not meet expectations due to railway noise and poor value for money.This is a limited service hotel where rooms are not cleaned daily.

Very good location. clean and very good room facilities.  Breakfast is order to mske snd is delicious.

The location was a little bit far from a station but walkable. The room was small as expected from central area. Free amenities were at lobby area. Convenient checkin and out. There was washing machine in the room and love ice making machine.
