Staff is helpful, hotel is very clean and good hygiene. Good location very near Hakata station and nearby convenience store, drug store. Just breakfast limited choose set. The rest are awesome.

Super close to Hakata Station with a very convenient location. The short-haired lady at the front desk was extremely nice, and the room was spacious. Highly recommended!

I recommend this hotel for families and you have a kids so near in hakata station walking distance i think is you going to outside and walk a little bit in right side the hotel is there,facilities is so clear and staff is so nice and approachable for customer she gives me a extra towel and slippers for kids the location is sooooo goood a lot of restaurants and shoppings convenience i luv it if you want to drink don’t worry if you go outside the hotel is there the pharmacy is there and outlets if i visit again in fukuoka i will stay again with my kids.lets book now😉

The room size was just right. The hotel's location is super convenient for both the subway and JR lines. Soundproofing was excellent, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Superb location right next to the train station. Convenient, lots of shopping and food. Room size is what you imagine it to be... Overall it was a good stay!

Staff was helpful and sent my luggage to my room after registration. But there is a concern about lift security, guests can visit every floor without interruption

There is a pub/bar outside the hotel and it’s very very noisy. I do not recommend this hotel for light sleepers. The hotel is also quite old

Location is great. Can walk under the roof for most of the way from Hakata station. Friendly staff. Pretty clean inside with the necessary items. Comfortable stay. I'd book this hotel again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

Twenty four hour super kind and friendly staff. I was not aware that the hotel is so dated. The laundry machine is for use 24 hours on the basement One level, however, there is no AC. It is in the corridor and very hot And there is only one washing machine and one dryer. In summertime It is extremely hot there and also, quite scary to go alone outside restaurant hours. Shower head was faulty had to ask it to be fixed but staff attended promptly and was kind and apologetic.
