Lack of English speaking staff in reception and room is small, but good to have cheap beer(¥200) in restaurants.

Great hotel! Great service and very clean! I opted out for daily cleaning but I was surprised to find a bag of clean towels, pajama and garbage bag on my door left by the hotel staff. That’s super considerate! All staff are professional and very helpful!
Room is very well designed and makes efficient use of space.
I’d love to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Location is good as it is a short walk from the Hakata train station and bus terminal. Layout of the room is spacious and I was able to put 1 large and 1 medium luggage with no problems.
Room was very clean and cosy.

Location is great and near the Fukuoka station.
It provides all you needs with fair price.
Staff were polite and professional.
Single bed room is not spacious.
But the only drawback is 10:00 am Check-out time.
My day plan was affected with such early check-out time.

Via Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel lobby is located at the second floor and with the great view of tree top outside the big windows.
The staffs were so friendly and helpful to explain the regulations of Check-out time 10:00 am, which a little bit early than other hotels.
