The hotel's location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk to various shopping malls, the central station, and food streets! The hotel facilities are good, and the staff's service is fantastic!

There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which is only about 5 minutes away. Downstairs, there are two coffee shops, an Indian restaurant, a FamilyMart convenience store, and a small park.

This is our second try at this hotel in Hakata and really is not worth staying here. The staff are again robotic and totally have no service mentality. No greeting of guests and not helpful in any occasions. A simple task like asking for help to call a bigger taxi also couldn't fulfill as they can only call a normal taxi.on a separate note, the bath towel was also tiny in size and I mistook it as a hand towel. Overall, it was not worth for the hotel to be rated even 4 stars. The management should be responsible to rectify if they want to stay in business. I defintely will not return here for a stay.

The hotel is in a nice area off Hakata station and takes about 7 minutes on foot. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, feels like got bed bugs. Extremely uncomfortable. The staff are also very mechanical and speak little English.

The location is fantastic – quiet yet central, just a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station. There's a great coffee shop and a Lawson convenience store downstairs, plus a park with cherry blossoms across the street. The room was spacious and offered good value for money.

Spacious and comfortable room with a lovely city view. The room was clean, cosy, and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax after a long day out. Location was very convenient, close to shopping, food options, and transport. Service staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again 🌟

The rooms at this hotel are impressively huge and always spotlessly clean, making them a highlight for longer stays. However, the service has lots of room for improvement—staff seemed undertrained and unresponsive at times. Overall, it’s a decent pick if space is your priority, but don’t expect top-tier hospitality.

Basically the room is clean and spacious. However, need to put the” clean the room tag” in front of the door in order to have the room clean up else they will just leave a pack of towels and two bottles of water in front of the door. Tried the breakfast at Why Not, but it is not up to my expectations. The coffee and dessert at The Local cafe downstairs are not bad.

We booked a twin room Chapter4 with 2 small double beds. The space is big which is good for us as we have 2 active toddlers and it was just nice for them to move around in the room. Bed size is just nice. We requested kids toiletries and the hotel provided kid's toilet seat and toothbrush. Buffet breakfast option available but we didn't try as ¥3500/adult is a bit pricey. We settled breakfast at konbini steps away from the hotel. There is a small Cafe just next to the hotel for caffeine fix, nice coffee at reasonable price. No coin laundry available, I have to drive 5mins to get one. Location wise,, it took us about 10mins walk from Hakata station and that means quieter environment. In short, I recommend it for family stay with kids as it offers bigger room space, reasonable price, quiet environment and near to Hakata station.

The room is so big. The washroom design is great and convenience be used for a family. The location is about 7 mins walk from Hakata station. Not bad.

Although the room was compact, it was well-designed. Our family of three had no problem buying groceries from the supermarket and eating dinner at the hotel. It was very clean, and the location was super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Fukuoka JR Station. The lobby also had a great design aesthetic.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Higashi-Hie subway station on the airport line, and it's just one stop to Hakata Station. There's a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a drugstore nearby, so it's really convenient. The hotel lobby has a lovely European library feel, and the rooms are very spacious. Plus, you get complimentary Italian illy capsule coffee.

Beautiful hotel lobby and room. My family also enjoyed the lounge that comes with episode rooms.

Perfect location, 7 mins walk from Hakata Station and there is a Family Mart nearby which is super convenient. We bought our breakfast and dessert from Family Mart.  Rooms are spacious and kids friendly (kid slippers and toothbrush were provided. They also provided a baby crib upon request). The brand of high chair in Why Not is stokke! We enjoyed the stay a lot.
