Overall, the stay was good. However, the room theme I stayed in was slightly dim, and the room size was a little small. The TV channels could also be improved, especially by providing access to YouTube for more entertainment options. On the positive side, the free-flow luxury shampoo and conditioner provided were a nice touch and definitely a plus point.

The room's color scheme was a bit wild. I booked their best room, but it didn't match the pictures online. I was too tired to bother asking the front desk to switch rooms. The facilities felt a bit old and weren't very comfortable. The location was super convenient though, really close to Hakata Station.

Hotel location is great, 10mins walk to hakata station and it's within decent walking distance to canal city and kushida shrine. Staff is friendly, they gave free dashi soup packs as welcome gift. There are different brands of hair shampoo and conditional and soup bath for guests to try. Twin room is considered big for japan standard, loved the bathroom with bath tub for hot bath and it's separate from the toliet. Cleanliness is good. Only complaint would be the foul smell of the toilet that I had to buy a room deodoriser from daiso for my 8 nights stay there since it's too troublesome to request for room change. I think the room in south wing has somewhat been updated with new wall paper but it's still in old condition with the stale, moldy smell in the room although it got better with AC on, and the foul toliet smell. There are humidifier sets for loan but would be better with an air purifier which is provided by some other Japanese hotels.

The hotel's location is decent, not far from the JR station, about a 10-minute walk. On the way, you pass the main branch of Hakata Ramen, where there's always a queue. My biggest issue is I don't understand why there are so many mirrors in the room – the toilet door and sink face the bed directly, and there's another large mirror on the side. It felt a bit unnerving. Also, the hotel furnishings are quite old-fashioned, so if that bothers you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Breakfast is so good but room is small and Open time so late. This place are good for shopping and Travel at Hakata Sta. & Tenjin. You can walk around in Hakata about 5 minutes. This place not parking but it near 24 hours Parking.

Stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was the same every day, and not good. The room was also very small and wasn't cleaned during my stay.

Clean , easy access from Hakata. Able to travelingboth bus, JR train, subway. Location is still need to walk for almost 10 mins. Amendities are enough then, you can just come without worry. Breakfast is limited seats. Reserve in advance more than 1 day. Staffs are welcome and helpful.They can call for taxi to airport for us too.

Only a couple minutes away from the station , near canal city and the yatai food stalls both a must try in Hakata. The hotel was clean and every floor is destined with a different concept i.e london, paris and so on
