I was very satisfied with this hotel! The room was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of space to fully open two suitcases. It also had my favorite feature—a separate wet and dry bathroom with a walk-in shower. Compared to hotels that only have a bathtub, this was so much more comfortable! It was such a treat to come back and relax here after a long day out. It's an easy walk to all the major shopping malls in Tenjin, and Hakata Station (for the Shinkansen) is just one or two subway stops away. There are several subway exits nearby, all within about an 8–10 minute walk; the streets are lively, so the walk goes by in no time. Although I didn't book a river-view room this time, I could still see a partial view of the river, which was lovely. If I had to point out a flaw, there was a slight odor in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue at all once I closed the toilet lid and the door. Definitely a 5-star worthy hotel!

When traveling with kids, a spacious room is always a top priority, and this hotel in Japan really delivered on that front. My child has one non-negotiable request: a bathtub, and if possible, a separate shower and toilet. This place was perfect, the price was reasonable, and getting around was quite convenient. The sweet potato chips they gave us at check-in were delicious! Downstairs, on the first floor, they have all sorts of amenities you can grab, like facial cleanser and makeup remover, which is incredibly convenient since you don't have to bring your own. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Trip.com's service was truly comprehensive; I felt very at ease during my stay. Oh, and a side note: right next to the hotel, there's a huge gachapon store with two entire floors of capsule toys – my child absolutely loved it! 😂

Spacious room, convenient transportation, and many shopping malls and drugstores nearby. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Fukuoka. It's also easy to get here from the airport by taxi. The hotel lobby provides basic toiletries, and the original Ichiran Ramen is nearby.

The hotel is directly opposite Canal City, and from the window, you can see the other side of the river. The location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from the subway station and around 20 minutes to Tenjin.

Room was spacious and clean, customer service was good but the air conditioning was a little weak

The location is decent, and the facilities are pretty good too. However, the service needs improvement. It's completely outrageous that they gave me the wrong room key and I ended up opening someone else's room!

We had a great stay in the hotel and the staff at the reception is very helpful to accommodate our needs to extend one night

The room is clean and spacious. The check in procedure takes a bit long but it’s fine. Amenities available in the lobby floor, car park costs 2500 yen per night. I’m travelling with my kid and the room is big enough and has many sockets available for setting up the electrical appliances

Nice rooms, particularly good size compared to other hotels in Japan where the rooms are very small. Good location in the centre of Fukuoka, short distance to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is big enough compare with other hotels nearby. I stayed at the room with balcony. From there, I can have chance to enjoy the river view!

Very well located in the heart of Fukuoka, everything a traveller needs was right there ! beach was a 2 minute walk and our room was on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the water.. loved our time in Fukuoka 👌

We were travelling across Japan for over 1 month and this was our first hotel - it set a high standard and remains one of our favorite stays. We love our room type - it was very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults with multiple luggage bags. We like that the toilet is separate from the bathroom which had a shower and a bathtub. The toiletries were also nice. We especially appreciate the complimentary welcome afternoon tea which was a delicious treat. Location is excellent - walking distance to all the hot spots and to countless restaurants and shops.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. It was a great location for family staying. Despite a bit distance from the main tourists' places like Tenjin or Seaside, you can get there by walk taking 5~10 min, not that far. Even better, The river Naka is just next to the hotel, which is a beautiful night scenary. The room was spacious compared to the room size in regular Japanese hotels. All the staffs were kind and friendly. Many local shops and restaurants were lacated on just around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again when I visit Fukuoka back.

The hotel is well located and is within walking distance from Canal City and Tenjin shopping area. The complementary afternoon tea set was exquisitely prepared. I’m happy with the arrangements that for a short stay the hotel will simply replace used towels and clean out trash without a daily cleaning, it’s more eco this way.
