Quite far from train station (10-15mins walk). However, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. And easy to get to shopping district in tenjin. The worst thing is that hotel were very dusty and not clean. Some of us who are allergic to dust had to take antihistamines *****. We also found cockroaches in our room

Nice and clean

The location and surrounding commercial areas were great. It's a great place to stay with friends, family, etc. This is a Fukuoka accommodation that I would like to recommend to those around me.

Haha, I made a reservation, but it was booked for 2 people, so I was alone in the 4-person room. If you just book a 4-person room for 2 people, it seems like the two of you can just use it. Honestly, if you want to rent a room by yourself, the price is similar to a hotel. Instead, the room is very spacious, so there is no stuffy feeling. Really, next time I'm going to stay here instead of the hotel. Highly recommended.. The bathroom is clean, there are toothbrushes, slippers, towels, everything is provided as basics. ㅜGood, good, good.

We used it for a family trip of 4, but the hygiene and cleaning conditions were really bad. And more than anything, the windows were too small and too dry, so it was a bit difficult. I paid 900,000 won for 3 nights, but the condition was so bad that I wanted to just go to another accommodation. There was never any cleaning, and they put out too many towels at once. Even if it's unmanned, please be careful. I went in November 2024, which was not the peak season, and it was a bit bad.

This hotel is located in the Daimyo district next to Tenjin, Fukuoka's downtown. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, so this hotel is recommended for tourists who want to enjoy Fukuoka's cuisine. Although the room only had a bath and shower, the facilities were new and we were able to stay comfortably.

It's a 10-minute walk from Akaban Station. Self-service check-in. The room is fully furnished. The water pressure is great and the water is hot and very good. The upper bunk is too low for children to bump their heads. The upper bunk is stuffy. Someone else found the wrong room, kept pressing my room password, and kept pulling the door handle outside, which actually broke the door. Without the door handle, we couldn't get out... It took a while for the tablet in the room to contact someone to handle it... The schedule was a bit delayed...

It was convenient to be assigned to the first floor. It's far from the subway station, but it's very close to Tenjin!!!

It was good, but since it's an unstaffed hotel, even if you have a problem, you can only get help by phone, which is worth the price.
