The Grand Residence Hotel Tenjin Reviews

Two of us used the family room 1 bed, spacious living room, separate bathroom and shower with bathtub Since we booked a month ago, the price was reasonable (I checked right before the trip and it had doubled) I was worried after seeing bad reviews, but I guess each room is different,, There was no smell, it was clean, and the view was emotional and nice. A very satisfying accommodation for the price! 10 minutes walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station, if you are going to go to the downtown area often, the location is not that great I heard there was a paid luggage storage on the first floor, so I went early in the morning, but there was no space,, I dragged my suitcase back to the subway station to store it, it was very difficult There are only a few storage spaces, so don't expect much and I recommend storing it at the subway station if possible.

I stayed in a family room and it was a comfortable trip as it had a washing machine, microwave, and induction cooker.

Check-in and check-out were smooth! The room had no noticeable stains or smells! There were several dishes and cooking utensils, so it seemed like you could do some light cooking. There were a few noticeable stains on the futon and comforter in the closet, which bothered me a little, but other than that it was ok!

It was nice that there were a lot of hidden restaurants nearby. It was also easy to access Don Quijote and other shopping malls!

We went on a family trip with 7 people. We rented room 1402. The space was spacious enough. The elevator was a bit narrow and very hot. There are 3 check-in pads on the first floor. You can check in in 5 seconds by scanning the QR code you received after checking in in advance by email a few days ago and entering the guest's name and date of birth.

The room size is the biggest ever, It's perfect except for the fact that it's a bit dusty,,

I found the location difficult to find. It was cold because the hot water temperature was low. I thought it was a private lodging that was worth the price.

Unprofessional Staffs managing the place are rude and unprofessional. Gave us the wrong Check-In Code that can’t even access the guest’s information for pre-check-in procedures! After entering numerous times, it came out “Data Not Found” ! Totally incompetent and inefficient when I called them, they couldn’t even figure out what’s wrong!!! Wasted my time! Do not use this place! Terrible management staffs with no customer service experience whatsoever! Also, without informing us in advance, they violated our privacy by budging into our room early in the morning! Without ringing our bell, they proceeded to unlock our door! Pretending to repair the room! How ridiculous and rude! The most unpleasant and disgustingly obnoxious management! Do not use this place. It’s horrid!
