The Grand Residence Hotel Tenjin Reviews

This was the last stop of our trip. The room was spacious, and the reception area was beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for dining and accommodation. There's even an old, specialized Japanese motsunabe restaurant within walking distance. The only downside was the poor internet connection; it was almost unusable. The TV also required a mobile network connection, which meant we couldn't use the Wi-Fi during our stay.

The air conditioner in the room was leaking.

Clean and tidy, though not luxurious, the rooms are quite spacious. It's located in a quiet spot, yet incredibly convenient, being just a 5-10 minute walk from the subway. Be aware that the hotel's small sign is on an adjacent wall and easy to miss. Tenjin's dining and entertainment district is also within easy walking distance. The closest subway exit is Kawabata Exit 6.

Full automatic so no comments on services. The location is ok. A Family Mart is nearby and downstairs have pay parking spaces

This is an AirBnB accommodation. Self check in and check out. Dont worry, It is very simple. Just remember to pre-check in and it will be smooth when u actually check in. Very spacious room or I should call it a studio apartment. With a double bed and a sofa bed. If u can't stand your wife snoring at night, sleep separately on the sofa bed. There is kitchen equipment and utensils so u can cook and eat in after u are bored with eating out. Perfect for me after a week of outside food. U can easily buy ingredients ftom nearby supermarket MaxValue. Fresh seafood and nice beef are available. A washing machine and detergent are also provided. Dryer in the bathroom.. Super convenient. Fully recommending this accommodation. Super value also!

Good condition of the room but the location is a little far from a train station.

a little walk from the station, but it’s not too bad. kinda difficult to check in with no staffs, but made it in somehow. inside was great, clean, spacious. not too pricey, either. totally recommend it.

We drive there and used its parking lots. The hotel is clean with good facilities. Great for families! We booked three rooms in total and all on same floor so very convenient. Will stay again!

The accommodation was very spacious and I really liked the arrangement of the tableware

The room is spacious with full amenities. But the self check-in process is a bit difficult, cause I did not recieve an e-mail from Hotel , I did search in Spam box yet unseen . Fortunately the group of Japanese young generation help us to manual filled in our information. the passport scan is not easy too. It need 2 gentlemen to do it. By the way we happy to stay here in Tenjin.

It will be better to have comb.

Everything is good except the walking from the station is a bit far.

Clean and close to any place in Fukuoka. Close to the restaurant.
