The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. Don Quijote and drugstores are nearby. The bus stop right outside is also a big plus. There are many shopping options in the vicinity, and it's not too far from the airport. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and close to everything ! Blue bottle(opposite the hotel) , donki(5mins walking distance), bus stop(infront of the hotel), tenjin station, 武藏(1mins walking distance) and manyyyy more !

Location is great easy to access everything like shopping center, donki, yatai, restaurant, and transportation. Or you can take a taxi to airport which cost about2500¥ in the morning. The room is spacious (i book 21 sq.m.) and clean i would recommend this place if you come to fukuoka

It’s located in the very center of Tenjin, very easy to go everywhere, just a few steps from many nice restaurants and shops nearby… a few hundred meters from many stations of public transportation

Not far from the station, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room was clean and tidy. My friend and I booked rooms in the same price range, and perhaps because ours was at the very end of the hall, our room was larger, fitting an extra desk's worth of space.

Very convenient location in the city and next to the underground

The hotel's location is excellent, the room is spacious, though breakfast isn't included. The service is superb, and transportation is very convenient. There are major luxury brand stores right next door, and a duty-free shop is nearby. Definitely worth recommending.

If you're shopping in Tenjin, this location is super convenient. I booked the Hollywood Twin Room, which I believe is the largest and most expensive room type, because I wanted a separate bed and duvet for each person. Shouldn't a twin room come with two duvets? The hotel only provided one, and it was Ctrip that really pushed to get it resolved. As for the hotel's service, I'd compare it to a budget chain in China; all issues relied entirely on Ctrip to sort out. For 1300 a night, there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water. So, if convenience is your priority and you don't expect much in terms of service, it's fine. The hotel is also quite old; some of the switches weren't working properly. Honestly, there are many other hotels in the area. A taxi to the airport from here was 2350 yen, and Fukuoka Airport is very close to the city center, so taxis aren't expensive. It's convenient for both shopping and dining. When booking hotels abroad, Ctrip is truly reliable! They're excellent at resolving problems, big thumbs up to Ctrip! 👍 For the hotel itself, I'd recommend comparing it with other nearby options. Staying in Tenjin is definitely convenient for shopping.

Excellent location! Room size is acceptable in terms of Japan standard size. Good view though the room is a bit dated. Staff are helpful and polite. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

Our second time staying in this hotel because of its very convenient location. Everything is alright but the fridge is not working. And the washroom is a bit small.

Hotel location is very convenient, right next to heart of tenjin. But the cleanliness is not good, the toilet has some smell and there is only room clean up service per three day stay…

It was our first time in Fukuoka and the location of this hotel was great. It is near to the street wear shop area for those that that love brands like supreme, huf, stussy, etc. Choices for food and cafes are great as well as you have blue bottle coffee right across the street. Definitely will come back to this hotel if we come back to Fukuoka.
