Great location. Bus station just in front of the door. Easy to get anywhere.
Clean and fresh room.
Enough space even for repacking with huge suitcase.

✅ Location is easy access by bus.. there is a bus stop infront of the hotel. however, it's walkable to HAKATA station as well.
Hotel is old fashion but it's still clean and good to stay with reasonable price..
I got 11am call sking when i will check-out which should be the day after.. not that day. Then, she asked me to pay hotel tax for another night which I already paid.. luckily I kept hotel-tax receipt so it's clear..
However, this call was impolite and unprofessional for me.. so I might not stay here again because of their staff😌

I booked this hotel at the last minute after reading some reviews and thought it would be an acceptable choice. After staying here myself, I can say it’s a decent hotel overall. The property is quite old but well-maintained, and the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable despite showing some signs of age.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. There are plenty of restaurants around, and there’s even a Korean BBQ restaurant right below the hotel.
One drawback is the parking situation vehicles with a high roof cannot park in the hotel’s adjacent parking area and must use a paid parking lot nearby. Fortunately, there are several reasonably priced parking options within walking distance.

I stayed on hotel on 9&10 on jul-2025, room 1115, I left a new shoe on the room and I tried to contact hotel via email and no response.

The hotel is near the central station, walking distance. The room is clean and nice. The only complaint is way too hot in the room and you can’t adjust temperature as it’s controlled centrally and you can’t open the window either, so I ended sweating for 2 nights 🤭 at least it had a good size bathtub to relax. The bed also very hard. Wasn’t the best sleep.
