Room was spacious and decently furbished with reasonable price; Good room wifi connection; Location is decent ~10mins walk to hakata station or walk (3mins) a few blocks down to sutton hotel and take the bus to hakata station (since its the 2nd last stop before hakata station); Public bath was okay; Convenient check-in and check-out system with 24 hr staff assistance, professional service from staff;

The type of room that I booked was extremely small, and opening a 28” luggage (even with top opening kind) is still easy.. I hardly spend my time inside the room so I am ok with it. They provided free beverage (eg: iced green tea / coffee) near the reception area from 2pm to 8 or 9pm. Location wise, the city is very walkable, so I have no problem with its location..

Nice and clean hotel. Very accommodating and friendly staff. They accepted my package from Anker. Complete with toiletries. Location is walking distance to Hakata station.
