A rather disjointed stay, with the room and restaurant offering completely different experiences. The room was incredibly cramped – I struggled to even open my suitcase. The facilities were quite old, and there was a strange smell on the day I checked in. Luckily, there was an air purifier and cleaning spray. Honestly, it felt like the standard of a budget room costing less than a hundred yuan in China. However, the restaurant on the second floor was fantastic! They offered free coffee all day, and breakfast was very refined. If it weren't for the excellent restaurant on the second floor, I probably would have lost my temper. Thinking back, I just managed to make do with the room for showering and sleeping.

Location close to Metro , room price is reasonable, good service good breakfast and welcome drink, staff is kindly maybe next time I will rest again

One of the best hotels for budget-conscious travelers considering its price and location. Just a few minutes of walk to Tojinmachi Station and around 25 minutes to Fukuoka International Airport. Very accommodating and friendly staff as well. You just need to turnover your room key every time you go out of the hotel. Very near convenience stores and ramen/udon restaurants and coffee shops. A few meters away from Ohori Park.

Strong Cigarette smoke smell in the room from the AC Vents. If this is a non smoking hotel please don’t allow smoking in the rooms… second hand smoke is dangerous!

The room was a bit small, couldn't fit two 26-inch suitcases. Also, the desk was quite old and there was only one stool, which made it inconvenient for two girls to do their makeup. The hotel also had a slight odor.

The hotel is perfect — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are great and very helpful, and the amenities provided are excellent. The location is ideal, with convenience stores (konbini) just a short walk away, making everything easy and accessible. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good basic Hotel with a parking area to store bicycles for free. Small room with two comfortable beds, nice pillows, good amenities (shampoo etc.) and free coffee/tea in the morning. Would stay here again.

I stayed only one night after my flight from Okinawa but the hotel is very conveniently located. There is a direct subway from the airport, many things to see by walking distance around the hotel and the city center is also very close by subway. I found the room very clean, quite spacious as well! The only thing I would do differently is the breakfast which did not really win my heart. It was okay but I would note take it again :) apart from that I would definitely stay again!

Located in a quiet residential area but you can take metro by walking 2 mins to station. Downtown tenjin and hakata station is few stations away.

Decent strategically located and helpful frontdesks staff

It was quiet and near the subway. The staff are nice and attentive. Room was quiet spacious for the price considering it’s on a peak month.
