Hotel Monterey La Soeur Fukuoka

My daughter and I stayed here while attending a festival at PayPay Dome. It's very convenient, close to Tenjin Station, and there's a convenience store on the first floor. Our triple room was a bit small, but we weren't bothered by noise and had a quiet, comfortable stay. We also bought mentaiko French bread from the nearby Full Full and enjoyed some motsunabe.

The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the Tenjin shopping area. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the hotel elevator is directly accessible from the 7-Eleven's back entrance. The room is quite small; it felt a bit cramped for three people, and there wasn't enough space to fully open a large suitcase.

I stayed at this hotel in the hottest part of July. Its location near Tenjin Station is excellent, and the famous Full Full bakery is also nearby and not too crowded. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs. The breakfast looked pretty ordinary, so I didn't order it. The front desk offered DHC skincare samples, including sunscreen. The room was quite small; I could barely open my 24-inch suitcase. It's definitely a size meant for one person, but it was decent. The bathroom was a pre-fabricated unit. Overall, I was quite satisfied because the location is truly fantastic. I might even stay here again next time, but there are some noticeable drawbacks. Downsides: 1. They only provide one bottle of water per day. One time when I went to the front desk to ask for more water, they actually told me there was already water in the room. If a guest asks for something, the staff should just provide it. How can they refuse? Is one bottle really enough in such hot weather? They should give an extra bottle. 2. The room only has two-prong outlets, so three-prong plugs couldn't be used, which meant some of my devices couldn't be charged.

The room was clean and the service was satisfactory. Communication with the front desk staff was smooth, and they were prompt in addressing our needs, which made for a better stay. The hotel is located right near the Tenjin shopping district, making shopping very convenient. Transportation is also excellent, with the subway and bus stops right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right downstairs, with a direct entrance to the hotel from the back, which is incredibly convenient for anyone looking to grab breakfast or snacks. Highly recommended!

Triple room with three beds, quite suitable for families with children. However, with three beds, the room feels a bit cramped, making it difficult to even open luggage on the floor. The bathroom has a very old-money feel to it.

An excellent stay! The room was meticulously cleaned, and the hygiene standards were reassuring. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation that made getting around a breeze. What truly impressed me was how the staff patiently helped me retrieve an item I left behind after checking out, and even assisted with mailing it. Their sense of responsibility was outstanding. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic, and the room was very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fukuoka.
