The room was spotless. The front desk offered complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes, facial cleanser, lotion, and even face masks. The bathroom's bathtub was very clean, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I really appreciated that the room wasn't cleaned daily, as it allowed me to leave my belongings spread out without worry. Every day, the staff would hang fresh towels and other amenities in a bag on the doorknob, and we could simply place used items in a bag outside the door for them to collect. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and the location, very close to Hakata Station, was ideal. It's a great choice, and I'll definitely pick this hotel again on my next trip.

The hotel is very close to the station and the environment is also great. The front desk staff even speaks Chinese. There are plenty of good restaurants, entertainment options, and shopping nearby. Especially, there's a fantastic yakitori place close by; I ate there two days in a row! However, you need to keep a close eye on the room rates. The price you book might be significantly different from the actual price. If you notice a large discrepancy, contact the platform immediately. My plugin alone cost over 800 this time.

What impressed me most was the location; it's right next to Hakata Station, making transfers and getting around extremely convenient and saving a lot of travel time. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, with everything you could want to eat and drink, making it super easy for everyday meals or finding a bite while shopping. The location is truly superior. Service was attentive and thoughtful, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's incredibly convenient for travel, shopping, and dining, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The living experience was excellent, making this one of the most satisfying hotels of my trip. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Hakata Station. The shopping mall inside Hakata Station has everything you could need, from pharmacies to great food options. This hotel is much more spacious than other hotels in the same price range. I could easily open my 30-inch suitcase without it getting in the way of moving around the room. Highly recommended!

My stay at Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae during my trip to Japan was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the right from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with luggage. The area offers excellent amenities; right next door is the large electronics store Yodobashi Camera, which also houses shops like Daiso, making shopping super easy. There are also several convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores nearby, so you can easily find anything from daily necessities to specialty items. I was also very impressed by the hotel's service. The staff were extremely friendly, and communication in English was generally seamless. You can store your luggage for free before check-in, and once your room is ready, the staff will deliver it directly to your room. I even accidentally left an item behind, and the hotel kept it safe for me, demonstrating truly excellent service quality. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was very cozy, clean, and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bed was spacious. Even in my single room, there were two pillows, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room was well-equipped, featuring multi-plug charging cables, as well as coffee and sencha tea bags. The bathroom had a generous selection of toiletries; in addition to basic shampoo and shower gel, there were also bath salts, face masks, toners, and lotions available for guests to pick up. The hotel's breakfast was also noteworthy, offering a variety of options including American and Asian flavors. The portions were ample, and the food tasted great. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae in terms of its location, service, and facilities. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Fukuoka.
