Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae

My stay at Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae during my trip to Japan was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the right from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with luggage. The area offers excellent amenities; right next door is the large electronics store Yodobashi Camera, which also houses shops like Daiso, making shopping super easy. There are also several convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores nearby, so you can easily find anything from daily necessities to specialty items. I was also very impressed by the hotel's service. The staff were extremely friendly, and communication in English was generally seamless. You can store your luggage for free before check-in, and once your room is ready, the staff will deliver it directly to your room. I even accidentally left an item behind, and the hotel kept it safe for me, demonstrating truly excellent service quality. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was very cozy, clean, and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bed was spacious. Even in my single room, there were two pillows, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room was well-equipped, featuring multi-plug charging cables, as well as coffee and sencha tea bags. The bathroom had a generous selection of toiletries; in addition to basic shampoo and shower gel, there were also bath salts, face masks, toners, and lotions available for guests to pick up. The hotel's breakfast was also noteworthy, offering a variety of options including American and Asian flavors. The portions were ample, and the food tasted great. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae in terms of its location, service, and facilities. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Fukuoka.

The Japanese staff were absolutely amazing! The hotel even offered free face masks, which was a lovely touch. The room was really clean, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again!
