I stayed with three friends and was incredibly satisfied with this hotel! After a disappointing experience at a really dirty hotel in Tokyo, Vessel Hotel was a breath of fresh air. Not only was it dust-free, which is a given, but when I sat in the bathtub, there wasn't a speck of mold – it was spotless.
Traveling with three friends, we needed space for our luggage, and the room was perfectly spacious, which was fantastic. Plus, Don Quijote and various shops were just a 15 to 20-minute walk away, making it convenient for late-night strolls.
The breakfast was included, and it was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy traditional Japanese home-style cooking, which I absolutely loved. There was a great variety of food, and it was a thoughtful touch that water and chopsticks were provided free of charge – I was really impressed.
Although there's a transfer involved, you can reach the hotel quickly by subway or comfortably by bus. If I visit Fukuoka again, I'd definitely want to stay here!
