The hygiene was excellent! The service, however, wasn't great; you really had to deal with the front desk staff's moods. Plus, when I first checked in, they gave me a top-floor room. Since it was still an hour before 3 PM, I went out for a bit. But then, at 3 PM, they actually changed my floor! And the female staff at the front desk all had pretty poor service attitudes. Breakfast was simple but tasty enough. The location is also good, about a five to six-minute walk to the nearest subway station. It's a bit of a walk to the Tenjin core commercial area, about fifteen to twenty minutes if you walk briskly. However, it's quite convenient for transportation to attractions like Yufuin. All in all, it's good value for the price.

Extremely satisfied! The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The amenities were thoughtful, and the pristine lobby on the ground floor was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast, both the food and the ambiance, really helped start the day off right. Thank you! ☺️

Great stay. Near station and supermarket morning staff helpful to keep things in freezer for us.

The water pressure was terrible; the shower was weaker than a trickle! Awful, awful, awful! Definitely not worth over 900 HKD a night!

Great location! The room was perfect for a solo traveler, and there's a nice common area on the ground floor for relaxing and charging devices. There's a bus stop right outside, and a subway station nearby that gets you to Hakata Station in just 10 minutes.

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 2-minute walk from Watanabe-dori subway station. My room on this side was quite new. As for the hotel breakfast, I personally found it to be very average for Japan and wouldn't really recommend booking it.

Location is great, two MRT stations nearby, price is reasonable, room size is quite big and very quiet. 👍

Pretty good. The room was spacious, but there were no complimentary facial creams or lotions.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. The room was clean and tidy, with a modern minimalist design and excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, boasting strong water pressure and instant hot water. Even the toiletries were from well-known brands, with a refreshing scent. The hotel's dining was also outstanding. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with freshly prepared dishes served hot, all exquisitely presented and delicious.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Services are excellent. Accommodation is superb. Breakfast is non comparable to other hotels I have stayed in. It was very good.

We stayed in a double room at the main building which I believed was recently renovated. The room is not big but is very modern, clean. and comfortable. The breakfast is adequate with reasonable choices. Coffee quality can be improved. It’s just a powder mix (not from ground bean) from a Nescafé machine.   The reception staffs are not welcoming. It’s rare in Japan that people are not serving guest with a smile.  On one occasion, we would need to make a restaurant booking via phone, and we ask the reception staff to help. But the guy just refused.   We moved to another hotel 2 days after, and our same restaurant booking request was properly handled within a few minutes.  TOEI can be a better anccommodatiion option if their staff can be more cheerful, helpful and people  oriented.

The hotel facilities and rooms were nice condition. Hotel staff was kind. It is close to Watanabe-dori Station on the subway Nanakuma Line. If I go to Fukuoka again, I want to come here again :)

The hotel is pretty good. The front desk staff was very patient; when I asked for directions, they drew out the routes I could take on a map in detail. The room was clean and tidy, though there were various police sirens at night. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station not far away.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. The decor felt quite new. The downside was the noise insulation; sounds from outside were very noticeable.
