Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the facilities are quite dated. Cleanliness: Overall good, pretty clean. Environment: Not far from JR, so it's quite convenient. Service: Very good. They allowed me to store my luggage in advance, and the staff were friendly. The best part is the free access to the sauna next door, which is a real bargain and excellent value for money.

It is about a 15mins walk to Hakata station. The room is spacious and I was able to leave my luggage open on the floor. The thing that I was upset about was the washing machine. I tried 2 different wash and dryer combo machines at the hotel and both were not working. The clothes came out hot and very wet after the cycle, causing my clothes to smell bad.

Very quiet estate. Onsen was ok. Hotel lift a bit slow but bearable. Distance to Hakata train station requires at least 10mins walk. WiFi abit slow.

The room was very spacious, which is rare for a Japanese hotel – we could easily fit two 28-inch suitcases. The facilities were complete; though a bit older, everything was very clean. The best part was the natural hot spring – it was clean and large, never feeling crowded even during busy times. It's a simple, no-frills bathhouse, but the natural hot spring water was impeccably clean. The hotel is also very close to Hakata Station, just a five-minute walk. I would definitely consider staying here again next time. Excellent value for money.

The Room is clean and comfortable. The best is that you can go to Onsen in the hotel anytime you want during your stay. I must be the repeater for visiting them!

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Hakata. Easy to access any part of the city. Rooms are good and WiFi working with no problems. It seemed like receptionist are afraid or not welcoming to foreigners, they were much friendlier to Japanese. Also I didn’t understand but it seems that onsens are just hot water bath.

The room was quite spacious, and it even had a hot spring bath! The breakfast spread was excellent too. It's not far from the station, highly recommended!

This was my third time at Yaoji. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. The location is excellent for the station and the hot springs are amazing. It’s my place of choice in Fukuoka

Very closed to Hakata Station and the room is spacious. The bathroom stink and the curtain has very thick layer of dust

Weekend accommodation in Fukuoka can be quite expensive, so this hotel offers great value for money. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for two people and has all the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station and is surrounded by several convenience stores. It's also very close to the famous Dacommeca bakery. The front desk is on the second floor, while the first floor houses a public bathhouse that's open to the public for a fee. Hotel guests can enter for free with their room key. One downside is that there are only two elevators, so you often have to wait a long time.
