Great location near Hakata station. Old style hotel with key style door opening not the new tap style card opening. Clean room and with complete toiletries. No free daily bottled water. With restaurant on the 1st floor.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located near Hakata Station, with lots of shopping and great food options nearby. The free breakfast was a nice bonus — we especially enjoyed trying the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was very interesting. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for us to pack and organize our luggage. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fukuoka!

A very good and comfy hotel at a convenient location, just across the road is the Hakata station. The hotel staff are very nice and they can speak decent English. The interior decor is very classic too.

The stay was perfect! The location is (really) close to the train station and taxi stand, which makes traveling very easy. As well the area offers enough. As an European, is English a common language to speak. I noticed that the staff doesn’t speak that well. Be patients on them, as they do so there best.

The hotel is super close with the JR Hakata Station. Classic interior but with a good quality. The key still normal keys, more spacious than common hotel in Hakata.

They helped me with my luggage before checking in on the day of my stay.🙇♀️I'm glad they were so accommodating! The room was clean and felt spacious compared to other hotels.✨Having Hakata Station right in front of me made it extremely accessible. What really impressed me was the hair dryer!! I've always thought that hotel hair dryers have a weak wind, but the room I stayed in was a SALONIA! I was so happy!!✨The breakfast was also incredibly delicious (I had a Japanese meal with mentaiko), and the restaurant staff were so kind, polite, and warm and welcoming.😊Their kind words of "have a nice day" and "welcome back" sounded genuine, and it was absolutely flawless.👏I was staying here to attend a wedding nearby, and they were so kind to store my luggage until the ceremony was over! I wish I could have stayed another night.☺️I'll definitely use this hotel again when I stay in Hakata! Thank you very much.😊

The hotel location is very close to the central station. The price is very reasonable compared to the room and location. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is spacious. Because I booked late, I couldn't book a room for the weekend, I could only book 1 night at the beginning of the week, what a pity. When coming to Fukuoka, you must book a room near the central station because public transportation such as buses to other areas takes a long time even though it's not too far, not to mention it's very crowded so it's very tiring, the waiting time for the bus is also long 😭

I was very satisfied with the staff's service and the way they spoke to me! I wish a staff member had come with me and shown me how to open and close the door to my room... I asked a passing guest.... That's the trick! And then it finally opened. I was very satisfied with the breakfast♪

The classic interior creates a calming atmosphere. The beds are low and the cushions are just right. It would be nice if they had satellite TV.

The room was lovely and antique, but for better or worse, the oldness of it all seemed to prevail. I was bothered by the moldy smell of the room. The staff were polite and lovely.

Very close to the airport, convenient and cheap, breakfast is also very diverse, the room is very small, but it is ok for one person I will definitely come back to stay next time I pass by. It is a good choice for business people.

European-style decoration and Japanese-style bathroom decoration. Close to Hakata Station West Exit 11. The location is very convenient. The facilities are old but the front desk service is very good. It has its own laundry room. You can ignore it. Please find another way. The room is not big and the price is not expensive. It is close to Hakata plane, train and bus. Convenient and cost-effective
