衹用三個字來評價這家酒店就是“臟、破、臭” 兩次到日本住過十多家酒店，這家酒店讓我大跌眼鏡，真的沒想到管理水平差成這樣，酒店大堂有股很噁心的體臭味，房間牆壁大面積都是黑的，空調出風口生銹，牆紙發黴，到處都是破破爛爛，被子上有污漬，還有其他客人的頭髮。反應問題後酒店方也沒有積極處理，服務也很差。這樣破爛骯臟不敢想象這是18年裝修的酒店。同樣這家酒店價格並不便宜，與附近幾個酒店價格差不多甚至更高。日本酒店在我心中一直應該是乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全完善的。這家再各個方面都太差了，位於福岡核心區竟然會有這種酒店我感到意外。希望大家避雷這家酒店，不要讓這樣的酒店影響大家旅行的心情！

哪裡都很好 位置非常棒 衹是wifi太爛了 不能很好的刷視頻 10樓有販賣機 製冰機和微波爐 房間裏有小冰箱 製冷效果很好 可以放在便利店買的麪包 check in也很便利

酒店後門過個橋就是一蘭拉麪的總店
附近有一大片商業區，晚上還有屋台
離博多運河城衹要步行13分鐘

酒店地理位置不錯，離天神地下街步行幾分鐘就到了，周邊吃的也多，河對面就是一蘭拉麪，去哪裡都方便。房間價格不算貴，中途不小心弄丟了東西，工作人員也耐心調監控幫忙查看，非常感謝。。去福岡純吃逛的話，這家是個不錯的選擇

房間設施很舊，而且一點點都不隔音，離電車也有一點距離，但是聲音很大，外面走廊有人説話也聽得清清楚楚，反正不太行
