Zonk Hotel Hakata offers an exceptional stay in Fukuoka! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms feature a stylish, modern design with clean, comfortable beds and all the essential amenities. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with local recommendations. With its great vibe, excellent value for money, and superb convenience, I highly recommend Zonk Hotel Hakata to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. As a foreigner whose Japanese is still limited, I really appreciated their kindness and helpful service.

10 minutes walking distance from Hakata station. Room is big enough to accommodate 3 people. I There is free draft beer served at lobby. But please come early after dinner if you want to secure a seat at night.

Walking distance to the Hakata JR Station and bus terminal, room small but clean and tidy, free alcoholic drink, coffee, and , microwave in the public area.

1. Checking-in was very inflexible. We arrived just over 3pm, hoping to be check-in although it says check-in after 4pm. Most hotels would have checked us in between 3-4pm. Requested baggage storage for later check-in (＞6pm) & was told of charges ¥500 per piece of luggage instead of free storage as would most hotels.( we had 3pcs). @ least they could have let us check in early between 3-4pm as I would have thought our room wld have been ready by 3pm. Due to their inflexibility, more guests appear just before 4pm causing long Queues awaiting the clock to strike 4pm, unnecessarily creating waiting time for everyone. 2. Room was extremely small, hardly any walking space , without even a wardrobe, clothes hung on limited hooks and hangers on wall, requested a double bed but issued a smaller than usual double bed (Jap double bed sizing, maybe). 3. Only positivity was mini fridge filled with diff brands of free beer but no juices or mineral water. 4. No room cleaning (of course, charges applies if requested); change bathtowels on your own @ lobby, clear your own toom rubbish bins @ lobby. @ the prices charged, this hotel is STRONGLY not recommended if 4* facilities expected.

Location is 10min away from Hakata station. Straightforward to walk to.

much over from my expectation. Only one thing to make it better, there are free drinks but all of them are included alcohol, better to have some non alcohol drinks as well.

Location: About an 8-minute walk from Hakata Station. The front desk service was okay. They charge extra for early check-in and also for luggage storage. They don't clean the rooms daily, and if you want your room cleaned, you have to pay for it.

free beverages can let you & with your fiends to chill whole afternoon & night. highly recommended for friends trip.

Great place! Fun with good amenities. Only issue was that check-in isn’t until 4pm and instead of letting folks check in and give them the keys at 4pm, we had to form an orderly queue at 4pm and wait? There were at least two staff in, when we got there at 3pm doing not much! I’m sure that makes sense to them somehow!

It's a bit far from Hakata Station, but I think the 12 PM check-out time is great. Drinks in the room are unlimited.

This hotel is excellent! It offers great privacy and feels very safe and convenient. They provide free draft beer and snacks daily, and there were over a dozen free welcome beers in the room. The transportation around the hotel is super convenient too, with JR, subway, and bus stops all within a 10-minute walk. They don't offer daily room cleaning, which is perfect for me as I love to sleep in without being disturbed. You just pick up fresh towels and amenities yourself. Absolutely ideal for someone who enjoys undisturbed mornings!
