元宵節一千三百塊錢的單卧私湯，一入住就開始糟心的體驗。訂房前特地打電話確認是不是跟攜程上的圖片一樣，所見即所得，客廳裏有一桌四椅，確切地跟我説是的！結果入住以後一看就地上兩個小蒲團！！！給前台打電話説我們腰腿不好坐不了這日本韓國人的東西！最重要的是你們跟攜程上的不一樣呀！而且我還是打電話跟你們確認過的。前台説我們這就這樣，你通過攜程接電話的人不知道情況。那我請問攜程上酒店那裡的聯繫酒店是打給誰？兩次電話後好不容易等來你們銷售的電話，説是以前是一桌四椅，後來因為是兩個人入住的就改成莆團了，攜程上圖片就沒有更新😓後來本説就算了，結果她們搬來了桌椅，我還覺得人家挺辛苦的感謝了她們。小小的不愉快解決了就算了，結果後面的經歷和體驗越來越讓人不爽！！！Wi-Fi連不上，前台、工程部的先後給了我四組用户名和密碼都連不上，來了兩個師傅都搞不定，最誇張的是第一位師傅説什麼我們這Wi-Fi就是能連上就連上，人多了連不上就是連不上了！連不上就算了，我也忍。我和老公自打入住就沒在床上躺過，剛準備睡覺把被子掀開就有幾根毛髮！！！看半天覺得就是頭髮而不是更噁心的其它毛髮後，我老公説這麼晚了就別折騰了，大不了就都穿着衣服睡吧湊合一夜。好，晚上很冷，空調開着制曖，吹冷風比吹暖風的時間都長，胳膊不敢放到被子外面，實在沒辦法關了空調再要床被子，送來後上麪竟然是有血跡的！！！太噁心了！！！洗澡的熱水要放十分鐘才有，洗面池的更誇張，放了二十分鐘還是涼的！還有洗手間的馬桶，什麼神仙設計？！！！馬桶圈比坐便器小兩圈，我就問問你們坐上去不噁心嗎，前面多少人的尿在上面？好好兒的一箇中秋節被你們搞得好心情全無🤬！！！早上八點多跟酒店投訴的，沒人鳥，還跟攜程説聯繫我聯繫不上！睜着眼説瞎話！！！這麼多年的住店經歷沒這麼噁心過，垃圾！！！

春節的價格能接受，沒有漲到離譜，這個很良心。酒店的環境服務整體不錯，衞生整體可以。對於住店的客人來説衹提供一次浴袍，這個太不人性了，住店的客人一般都是泡兩次澡，浴袍穿出去怎麼可能不濕，這個温馨提示太不温馨了。提一個意見，對於住店的客人應該視其需求合理提供浴巾。 人家幾百塊都出了也不是差你這十塊錢。泡池都很好，都換水，還有人暖心的送來薑茶。

老顧客了，第一次嘗試雙卧湯屋，整體性價比就沒有那麼高了，服務還是挺好，帶着娃來的晚，跟前台商量了下延遲了點退房，房間和泡池都挺好，是一個主卧一個次卧一個小麻將屋，美中不足是不能送餐到房間，一問都是不忙的時候可以送，但是正吃飯的點怎麼可能不忙，中餐廳説送餐要收30%服務費，這就有點過了。 森林温泉還是不錯，還有免費薑湯，但是早上去有好幾個池子都沒開，人也不少。
