"I went there for concert and this seems is the most convenient hotel for attending the event. Staff in front desk kindly helped us to call the taxi to the event venue and they are nice. There are convenient stores nearby and quite quiet during night time."

"1. Located near Minami Funabashi & Funabashi Keibajo Station on the outskirts of Tokyo (eastern side) (there is a direct route from Narita International Airport) 2. Facilities: 1 convenience store right in front, there is a large mart-like place in the surrounding area / The accommodation is cleaner than expected, but there seems to be a gap in the reservation period for guests, and the desk & kitchen (tableware, coffee pot, etc.) where dust accumulates if not paid attention to are not cleaned at all. (Disposable items are provided, but not many types.) 3. Despite the disadvantages of number 2, it is more cozy than expected and can accommodate 3 adult males. (Personally, I liked the firm mattress of the bed.) 4. If you are only going to Disneyland, this accommodation is more recommended than you might think."

"10 mins walk to JR Train Lines Room is spacious enough Toilet is very clean Got Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap Got toilet paper but is recommended to reduce wastage Hairdryer, Kettle, Table light, Mini Fridge is available Wifi is available Staff will leave clean towels at your room door everyday so you dont have to worry about using the same ones for the week if youre a solo backpacker, this would be good as it is quiet place. Opposite the hotel has a 7-11. One or two blocks down around the area you get Lawson. There is a coin laundry nearby the area If you want to ride a bicycle, you can use your HELLO CYCLING app and rent one behind 7-11."

"I was bothered by the smell of the curtains in the unit bath. The amenities were plentiful, including bath salts, which was nice. The vending machines also had coins that could be exchanged for drinks, which was nice. However, perhaps the walls were thin? The neighbors' rock music continued to play even after midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. I could hear it in the morning, too, so I couldn't relax."

"Excellent area with supermarket at basement and food everywhere. even a Don Quixote nearby. With JR trains 3-4 min walk. Distance to Shibuya etc can be a hassle. Not complaining for the price. Fit Solo travellers perfectly, might be slightly cramped for couple."
