Hotel corridors with very old appearance, waists equipped with very old furniture, the served meals (except breakfast) are only of quality on the served dates, the hotel has no free parking. The indoor pool has a pleasant, friendly and careful staff ready to help.

The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details. Overall we had a good time anyway.

Located about 5km from the centre but easily accessible by local bus. Airport bus stop directly outside hotel. Decent breakfast. Rooms a little old and some rooms smell musty. Feels a bit like a package holiday hotel but reasonable value for money. First time I’ve ever seen a hotel place an extra charge for using an in-room safe.

The building itself is old, but all facilities are clean. The room layout is easy to use, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, tableware and cutlery. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk, as well as supermarkets and the coastline square. Conveniently located within 5 minutes from the bus stop for Funchal city and airport. The breakfast buffet, which changes little by little every day, was full of variety, although there was nothing special about it. The view of the mountains and sea from the balcony is very beautiful, and I thought it was an inn with excellent cost performance.

Overall great stay and we'll likely be back next time we visit Madeira. Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars, and bus stops. It's not too far to walk to the city center and there's lots to see on the way there, too. The rooms were clean, shampoo etc. was provided and there were even extra blankets which we were very grateful for as it can be chilly at night. What we did not enjoy that much was the breakfast, as both restaurants serve about the same food and it was the same every morning. The taste was ok but we probably won't add breakfast the next time we stay, or not for all days. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, however, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, meaning we'd have to wait quite a bit to receive service, e.g., at the reception, and staff seemed stressed at times.

This was a great experience, my room included a spa wet circuit which was very relaxing. The views from hotel were amazing and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was very convenient and close to the town center. It was an excellent and relaxing hotel stay.

The breakfast is very good, suitable for children, the location of the hotel is impeccable, it can be said that the best. Recommended by British friends, the price is more expensive than other hotels. If you like sea water, you can swim in two seawater swimming pools, especially the unique piscina pool on the beach, let you let go of your imagination. Breakfast is a surprise. Every meal is carefully prepared, with a wide selection of ingredients, a wide variety of foods, and a lot of local specialties. The tableware is exquisite, and you can enjoy the feeling of the rising sun. The breakfast manager is great, remembering the name of each guest and feeling warm. The garden of the hotel, as a gardening professional, can only Wow, linger on, can't bear to leave, look at the picture... The front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and polite, especially the female employee who helped us check in. She carefully explained the hotel facilities and local tours, and was very attentive and worthy of praise.

The very good location, the friendly and pre-eminent staff and the restaurant facilities offered make the hotel a perfect starting point for a trip to Madeira. We would definitely come back.

Nice, bright, clean hotel. There is no drinking water in the room. All additional services are paid. Breakfasts are good.
