"The service was non-existent. On the first afternoon, after checking in, I called the front desk to report an issue with the air conditioning not cooling. By the time I checked out, no one had come to check on it, called to follow up, or asked if the problem was resolved or if the cooling was normal. The breakfast selection was also very limited. I'm not comparing it to other ultra-luxury five-star brands, as this is a county town. However, the day before heading to Funing, I stayed at the Jinling Hotel in Huai'an – I believe it's part of the same group as your hotel! There, the staff were warm and polite, greeting guests both entering and exiting, and proactively helped with luggage. They also gave travel advice, suggesting places to visit and eat. Last September, I booked your hotel through another platform and was given a room in Zone A with a balcony. This time, I paid more but was given a room in Zone B without a balcony."
