FU QING LAN TIAN HOTEL

This was my first time staying at a hotel in a small town, and I was a little nervous. But when I arrived, the lobby was quite impressive. The front desk service was excellent and proactive; I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and felt awkward asking for help, but the staff member came over and assisted me without me even having to ask. I had a great experience. I'll definitely choose this place again in the future!

This hotel offers great value for money, with attentive and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lobby is quite grand. It's also conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and relatively new. The front desk service was excellent; they even provided hair ties, disposable makeup remover wipes, and glasses cleaning wipes. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive. I rarely leave reviews despite staying in many hotels, but this one is truly great and worth it. The fact that the towels were sterilized really impressed me. Highly recommended, a worthy choice.

The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel environment is quite good; I'd choose this one again next time I visit Pingtan. Late Night Congee: You can even grab some congee late at night. Facilities: Very good Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent

This is probably one of the best hotels in Longtian. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with local specialties.

The hot water supply broke down in the middle of the night, the maintenance worker was very loud, the room was really poorly soundproofed, and the sanitation and cleaning were not good either. There were stains on both pillows on the bed. Not getting enough rest.
