酒店獨特的設計，高端大氣，讓人很鐘意。一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，一杯温熱的茶水，每一個顧客工作人員都禮貌問好👍讓人心情愉悦。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，早餐很豐富，也很美味。洗衣服對於帶小孩出行太方便了！孩子被酒店機器人吸引住了😄停車場也很寬敞，設施完善，讓人享受一場美好的住宿體驗。下次繼續光顧！

早餐種類很豐富，味道也很不錯，酒店停車免費，交通便利，就在廣場路邊，很好找，晚上還可以出去玩一下，周圍吃的也很多，前台小姐姐很熱情的給我推薦，床上用品很柔軟，十分舒服，總而言之，很不錯的一個酒店，滿分滿分，

機器人送東西。小孩很喜歡。自動窗簾，比較智能，酒店大廳看起來就很氣派，周邊交通便利。最不錯的就是健身房了，可以自己免費使用，很喜歡很喜歡

酒店大門沒有臨街，可能因為新開的打車司機也不太清楚在哪，在路邊下車拖着行李繞了一會才到前台辦入住。德朧旗下的酒店裝修還是可以，寬敞大氣。衞生和還勉強過關，細節衞生差強人意，公共區域和房間都能看到裝修遺留的膠和印子，水龍頭也是有水漬。智能馬桶也衹有一個加熱坐墊和自動沖水的功能，智能窗簾關衹能自動關一半，開能全部開可以檢修一下了。服務基本為0，洗衣房沒有明確的使用時間，六點過去已經鎖門了，問前台前台説讓保安送鑰匙給我，等了20分鐘沒反應，憑感覺應該開門了，去試了一下果然是開了，抹黑進去看了一眼最後沒用。早餐簡簡單單能吃飽沒問題。總的入住體驗感覺除了空間大以外沒什麼優點，有點可惜了。希望管理層還是多注意服務培訓吧，祝酒店越來越好。
