Albergo Diffuso Bacco Furore

Albergo Diffuso Bacco Furore

📍 G.B.Lama 9, San Michele, Furore
★★★ 8.9 (61 reviews)

"The hotel is located in a quiet town of Furore between Positano and Amalfi. It offers an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. I have stayed in the hotel part and the rooms are newly renovated, with colourful design and even hand painted wall by a local artist The small balcony offered an amazing see view. The staff is very dedicated and helps on anything. It was a very pleasant experience to stay there."

La Locanda Del Fiordo

La Locanda Del Fiordo

📍 Via Trasita, 9, Furore
★★★ 9.1 (51 reviews)

"Very beautiful accommodation located right on the cliffs with its own access to the sea. However, when waves are high, the entry cannot be used. Rooms are small but nicely furnished, with a very cramped bathroom. Wi-Fi in the rooms is very weak (it only works on smartphones, not on computers). Dinner is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety, but the omelets are excellent. The owner is very hospitable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Mosquito protection is insufficient."

"The attention to detail at this hotel was second to none, all of the staff were amazing, the hotel and setting stunning, room was beautiful with great amenities, breakfast experience was outstanding… we had the best time and only wished we were there for longer. One of the best hotel experiences, and we have stayed in some amazing places… Marina Bay Sands, Mandarin Orientals, etc, etc… thank you!"

"Our Family stayed here at Furore, Italy. We enjoyed every moment of occupancy. Good food with the best of service. Exceptional experience. Pleasing, smiling, caring staff specially at the reception during day & night. I believe Ms. Maria & all the female staff members ..... sorry .. am feeling bad for not remembering names ....... were extremely cordial, helpful. I'm putting few pictures though. Clean & big rooms with washrooms. Local bus stops here for pickup & drop to Amalfi Coast. European dinner served by the crisply dressed Gentlemen. A mouth watering heartfully sumptuous breakfast, fresh fruits, parmesan cheese in the morning .. i will cherish for rest of my life. GREAT, KEEP IT UP."

"We only had drinks at the outside bar and Arturo Antonio barman was a very attentive and helpful server. The atmosphere was a perfect space on the coast of italy and the service was super. What more hyperbole verbiage can I can say? I like it short and sweet."

La Mela Blu

La Mela Blu

📍 Via Santa Maria, 16, San Michele, Furore
★★★ 9.5 (16 reviews)

"The Mela Blue is a lovely B&B on the Amalfi coast in a little town of Furore. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and very clean. A small kitchenette and a washing machine meets all a traveller's needs. Like most of the Amalfi coast, it's build on a hillside with windy roads to get anywhere. It has a lovely see view with terrace or garden depending on which unit you stay in. It's on roadside but most properties on the coast are. There is a small supermarket either a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk down the hill that sells pretty much anything you need and has been in the same family since 1966. The bus stop for SITA is just outside although we had a car, and there is free parking unlike many properties. Carmella is lovely, brought fresh croissant, cakes, lemon cella every day, and was the perfect host. A great 8 day stay"

"What a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were taken such great care of by Simone and Maria. My wife and I took part in their cooking class and learned how to make pasta, which we are very excited to try now that we're home. We loved our room, Nammuratella! If we are ever in the area we will definitely be back!"

La Casa Del Melograno Hotels in Furore

La Casa Del Melograno

"The main problem we had with this property is its location. Despite reviews saying it is a good base to explore the Amalfi it is not due to where it is positioned - unless you hire a car. The roads are tight and we didn’t feel confident enough to hire a car and so we had to spend €50 on a taxi to and from the hotel to the Amalfi centre. On our first day arriving we travelled from Sorrento to Amalfi by bus and looking at the map thought we could jump in a taxi to the hotel at a reasonable price - all taxis in Amalfi charged £90 to get to this hotel due to the hotel’s positioning. We were so worried that we would have to pay £90 each way just to get to some kind of centre every day. Umberto the owner said he would charge €50 to the centre but that was still going to be €100 a day spent on just getting to the town and then €50 back to the hotel. There isn’t one shop close by that you can walk to comfortably on foot. The bus stop is up many, many stairs, a fairly long walk around the narrow roads to the top main road but we did this on a few occasions to save on costs!! The room we stayed in was basic as expected for a three star but clean. The balcony was lovely overlooking the sea but in our opinion the view didn’t compensate for being out on a limb away from all shops/centre. Breakfast was said to be included and in most European hotels you’d expect some kind of hot breakfast or maybe some cereal or a continental breakfast, however, ‘breakfast’ was one croissant and a hot drink. This I found to be misleading as it’s reasonable to expect more than one croissant when breakfast is said to be included. Overall if you’re wanting somewhere close to amenities or anything, unless you are willing to drive I wouldn’t book here. If you don’t mind driving, it’s a clean and tidy hotel for the price paid."

Furore Grand Hotel ★★★★★
"Furore Grand Hotel is a true gem on the Amalfi Coast. The location and views are breathtaking, and the amenities are first-class—especially the beautiful pools, which became one of our favorite parts of the stay. But what we loved the most, is the people! From the warm welcome at the front desk with Raffaella and Roberta, to Gerry and Marina at the poolside bar, Domenico at breakfast and dinner, and Fulvio and Domenico in the shuttles to Amalfi, every single team member made our experience unforgettable. We can’t thank you enough! The service provided to my family was exceptional, and the way everyone treated our daughter Fernanda was incredibly special. She was welcomed with such kindness and attention that it made us feel completely at home. She had the vacation of her dreams!! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and We cannot wait to return in the future and see you all again!"

"Spent 10 Days at Hotel, took Half Board, Buffet Breakfast, evening meal, food was adequate & good, but keep to the Fish! Simple Room with sea view, very clean, air conditioner, Bathroom bit on the small side but overall good value for money At my age did not do much walking but lots of trails & views for those more active Location too small for Cruise Ships & Big Tour Boats which was fine by me, went on trip to Positano was amazed at number of people in such a small area. Also took trip to Capri, swimming off boat included, great trip Morning walk to "Piratana" for glass of wine & to take in the view"

"A wonderful stay! The comfortable place is well-located, both by car and bus, making it easy to explore the entire Amalfi Coast and return to your cozy haven. Carmela is very hospitable and provides all the advice you need to ensure a perfect stay. Impeccably clean, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Groceries and restaurants are nearby, and Carmela's fresh croissants in the mornings were so delicious—I'll miss it all! Book without hesitation!"

"I was with my wife for two nights on 30 and 31 July to celebrate my birthday; Mrs. Irma made us find a little candle cake and offered us two excellent cocktails. The place is a peace oasis and from the terrace of the room you can admire the fantastic sea of the coast. Accommodation and unfair attention to details is the feature that makes this place pleasant and relaxing. Thank you for the hospitality of Mrs Irma"
