"What a terrible hotel! First, our room was occupied, then in the second room, the light sockets on both sides of the bed were loose – there was no cover. Then we were given a third room. We couldn't get into our room several times because the code wasn't recognized. So we always had to contact them by phone. Our daughter, who had booked the room, was given a double room twice, even though she had booked a triple room (with two small children). And when we returned from a family celebration in the evening, another family was standing outside her room, wanting to use the same room. It was completely unacceptable."
