The hotel has a very European style decor, and the staff were all very welcoming, making us feel warm and comfortable. We will definitely come back again!

Traveling with family, we weren't familiar with this hotel, but after checking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the Swiss-inspired views. We were very happy with both the room and the overall environment. The breakfast was quite extensive for the West Slope area, and the facilities were well-maintained. The two young men who checked us in on the 5th were very enthusiastic and helpful, giving us lots of information about our stay and local attractions. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The room was absolutely fantastic, spacious, and spotless. The toiletries were high-quality, not those cheap kinds, and the service was excellent! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Excellent value hotel, clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the complimentary activities, and breakfast was fantastic too!

Had a fantastic experience! The handsome guy at the front desk was a huge help with our room issue. My friend and I didn't get rooms together when we booked, but the front desk immediately sorted it out and even gave us a free upgrade. The service was excellent. The resort also had plenty of great activities and food. The evening parade and iron flower show were amazing! Definitely planning to visit again in winter.

The room is spacious and very close to the commercial street. You can walk to shows or hot springs. If you don't want to wait for the shuttle bus for the complimentary activities, it's better to drive as parking is convenient. It's best to confirm with the hotel beforehand whether you're in building A or B, as the entrances are different. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the scenery is beautiful. Consider Huamei Shengdi if you're coming to Changbai Mountain.

The Swiss resort-style atmosphere is wonderful, with no crowds and beautiful scenery. The complimentary one-night stay with every paid night is simply not enough time to enjoy everything! The service deserves the highest praise. Due to my own oversight, I booked for July instead of August. Not only was my July suite reservation canceled for free on the same day, but when I checked in for August, my subsequent booking for a standard room was upgraded to a suite. They truly thought of the customer's needs and made up for my mistake. I will definitely be back!

The resort's natural environment is simply stunning – quiet and therapeutic. Looking out from the balcony of the Hoolike Hotel, it feels a bit like a mini-Switzerland. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options, catering to everyone in the family, especially the kids who were very happy. Now for the drawbacks. First, the shower uses energy-saving facilities with a time limit, which caused a bit of anxiety while showering. The air conditioning isn't central, and there's no AC in the living room at all, making it feel a bit stuffy even in late August. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough; when we moved the beds together, we found significant dust accumulation behind the headboard, which was concerning as my child has a dust mite allergy. The bedding and towels were a bit old and not very comfortable to use.

Our whole family booked a two-bedroom apartment, and the hotel was clean and spacious. The toiletries were high-quality, and we truly felt at home, sleeping soundly every night. The hotel is very close to the commercial street, making dining and activities super convenient. There are so many attractions within the resort, we couldn't even get to all of them; there's really no need to leave the resort except for the major sights. Mark at the front desk provided excellent and timely service, always ready to answer any questions. This was by far our favorite hotel during our trip to Changbai Mountain.
