Sunggari Club Hotel Changbaishan

This is our second year in a row visiting Huamei Resort, and it noticeably gets better every year. The entire resort really pays attention to detail, and the hotel is wonderful too—spacious, clean, with a great breakfast spread. The kids absolutely loved it. We'll definitely be back!

The twin room, with an additional bunk bed, made our two kids very happy. It was perfectly fine for a family of four. We received many complimentary benefits, and the rafting was the most fun. Shuttle buses were available for all our travel needs within the resort, which was great for enjoying all the activities. The scenery was also beautiful. The only downside was that the room was very hot at the end of September, and the air conditioning didn't have a cooling function. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Our stay at Songguo Li was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and the complimentary activities were a lot of fun, making both the kids and adults very happy! A special thank you to the shuttle driver and the lovely lady at the front desk for helping us retrieve the hat we left in the car!

The environment is excellent, perfect for family trips. The breakfast is abundant, high-quality, and offers a wide variety of choices. The complimentary recreational activities provided by the hotel are more than enough to keep the kids entertained. It's great value for money, and we'll definitely be back!

Lots of beds, rooms with bunk beds - great for families. Cleanliness was okay, not perfect in details but acceptable. Breakfast was standard. The kids loved the many complimentary benefits. All the king rooms were end-of-hall rooms. No fridge. Overall, it was just average, suitable for younger children.

An excellent family-friendly hotel! The resort offers a plethora of activities, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. We loved zipping between attractions on the scenic train each day; time just flew by. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, especially Xiao Hui. She was incredibly responsive, no matter the hour, and her care made our short two-day trip incredibly smooth. We'll definitely choose Songguoli again for our next visit to Changbai Mountain!

The room was spacious, fulfilling my child's wish to sleep on the top bunk. The environment is beautiful, and the aesthetics of all the promotional materials, road signs, and logo designs are top-notch. The complimentary benefits and activities were so numerous we couldn't even use them all. The evening activities were abundant, and the flow of movement was well-planned. Even if we missed a shuttle, they would arrange an alternative vehicle for us. After the last shuttle from the hot springs, you could rent a scooter, and at other times, the shuttle service was very prompt. The shuttle from Songguo Li was always on time as it's the starting point. We only ate at Li Liangui inside the resort; for other meals, we called nearby restaurants that offered free pickup and drop-off, and the food was delicious and affordable. Oh, and when I booked the hotel, rafting wasn't listed as a benefit, but we actually received a complimentary Red Willow Rafting experience. To get to the South Slope, we asked the front desk to arrange a private car, and the driver was reliable and the price fair. Overall, I would recommend Huamei Shengdi to my friends. My only complaint is that there are too few washing machines; we could never get one.

An excellent stay! The service was very attentive, and the restaurant food was delicious. The hotel benefits are great – I personally feel it's better than the Wanda Resort. Wanda has too many people and feels a bit chaotic. Although this place is a bit larger and the transportation isn't as convenient, it's perfectly sufficient. My baby loved the bunk beds, and the kids' slippers and toiletries were a nice touch and very convenient. The booked rafting and airport drop-off services were both on time. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was quite good. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were gentle and welcoming. The location is very convenient for getting around, and the hot water in the bathroom was consistent. Overall, it offers great value for money and made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
