Tianhe Holiday Hotel (Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area Ticket Office Branch)

Easy to find with convenient parking right outside. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with local attraction information. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Tianhe Holiday Inn: (Personal experience only) The room wasn't very clean. There was dust on the desk and a lot of dust bunnies under the bed that hadn't been cleaned. There was also dust along the edge of the bed. There's a small window that opens onto the hallway. The facilities and equipment are complete, the staff service attitude is good, and parking is convenient right at the main entrance. After discussing the details, the breakfast was the simplest buffet I've ever had. Someone was supervising the eggs, one per person. There were also steamed twisted rolls, millet porridge, two kinds of pickled vegetables, and stir-fried eggplant.

Our stay was very satisfying; we stayed for five days. My companion and I drove here, planning to go snow-hunting in Changbai Mountain, and chose this hotel. The owner helped us spontaneously arrange a snow-hunting tour by off-road vehicle, which was an excellent experience. The 24-hour front desk staff always greeted us warmly when we came and went, and introduced us to local customs and culture. The hygiene was impeccable, and the room was very warm. If you're coming by off-road vehicle, Changbaishan Tianhe Holiday Hotel should definitely be your first choice.

A great value choice on the West Slope! The soundproofing is decent! Since everyone's going hiking, probably no one will stay up too late, though that's also somewhat unpredictable. The cleanliness is good, and the heating is excellent; you won't get cold at all in winter. The hotel is very close to the access center, just a few steps away, making it convenient for going up and down the mountain. The owner is incredibly nice! You can ask him anything about what to do or how to plan your itinerary! He'll even help you buy tickets and offer suggestions! The hot water in the shower is plentiful and heats up quickly! I will always support this hotel!

The hotel is incredibly affordable, clean, and offers excellent value. They upgraded our standard double room to a balcony room for free! The ski resort is very close to the hotel; tickets online cost over 100 RMB, but we only paid 60 RMB through the owner! The owner is incredibly kind; he even treated us to ginseng tea and recommended nearby restaurants. He was especially helpful since we were students; he even helped us try to get tickets to Tianchi Lake when we couldn't get them ourselves, and we were able to see it! We're repeat customers, having stayed here for two years in a row. The owner's wife even treated us to milk tea! Highly recommend staying here!!!

I stayed in Changbai Mountain for two days after landing. It was my first time sleeping in a room without windows, and I wasn't used to it at all. The facilities were a bit old, but there were plenty of places to eat around.

It was alright for a one-night stay. The service was very good and thoughtful; they helped me put out my medication. The owner was very welcoming. The room was a bit old but clean.
