The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Room service was prompt and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great.

Butler No. 6 was incredibly attentive and thorough. The skiing was a lot of fun, and the rime ice rafting was a beautiful sight to behold.

The resort has a full range of facilities. The Sheraton hotel has a unique design style. Housekeeper No. 2 provided full service throughout our stay, and WeChat communication was very convenient – any issues were handled quickly. Skiing was also a lot of fun. I will definitely choose this hotel and request Housekeeper No. 2 again next time.

For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I wanted a 'one-stop, comfortable vacation,' so I booked the Wanda Sheraton Changbai Mountain Resort directly. To my surprise, this choice far exceeded my expectations, with pleasant surprises starting even before I arrived! As soon as I got off the high-speed train, the shuttle was already there to pick me up, providing seamless direct transfer to the hotel. Moving around the resort area was also effortless, thanks to the shuttle bus service, completely saving my legs. This 'one-stop' thoughtful convenience was a huge plus! The biggest surprise came during check-in. I had originally booked a basic room, but to my delight, Butler No. 2 upgraded me to a much larger room – an extra 20 square meters! They also thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast, which was excellent in both quality and taste. The room itself was worthy of a five-star rating: spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with comprehensive and new facilities. Just relaxing in the room was a treat. The butler was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, whether I needed a car or had questions, acting like an always-online, all-around assistant. The complimentary hot springs, water park, and skiing experiences included with the hotel benefits truly maximized the vacation fun. From transportation to accommodation, from service to entertainment, every aspect was thoughtfully well-rounded. This 'paying for comfort' decision was truly worth every penny!

Although the hotel has been open for over ten years, the facilities are exceptionally well-maintained and don't feel old at all. The service is incredibly attentive and responsive; both check-in and ski pass processing were very quick. The hotel allows guests to use the ski house at the adjacent Westin Hotel, which is very close and convenient. You step out of the ski house directly onto the slopes. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, the quality is outstanding. They also offer complimentary airport shuttle service to Changbaishan Airport and Changbaishan West Station. Overall, the Sheraton is definitely a top-tier hotel in the Wanda Resort. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room had a great view of the ski slopes right behind it. Butler #2 provided excellent service, quickly resolving any issues we had. We highly recommend the Caiyuexuan Chinese Restaurant; their Northeastern dishes and copper hotpot were delicious. Overall, a great experience!

This was my second stay here, and the service was still excellent. Even though I didn't book directly, they still offered some member benefits. Getting to the town is also very convenient; you just walk through the lobby bar and it's about 100 meters away. I will definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again next time.

This hotel is a great ski resort for family vacations with kids, offering comprehensive entertainment facilities. The surroundings are beautiful, and our butler, No. 2, provided excellent and professional service during our stay. He even took time off to go into town and buy purified water for us when the hotel ran out. I also recommend the Cantonese restaurant; the food and service were both superb. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway. The lobby bar also serves a good afternoon tea!

We brought our teenager for a skiing trip during the Christmas holidays, our first time at Changbaishan. We chose Wanda Changbaishan International Resort, and the snow quality here is fine and soft, with wide slopes that are suitable for beginners. The resort is built around the ski trails, making it perfect for an immersive skiing experience. If you're not specifically coming for skiing, you don't necessarily need to stay within the resort itself. The resort facilities are comprehensive, offering everything from equipment rentals to professional coaches. However, you absolutely must book coaches in advance during the ski season (you can search for the 'Wanda Hotels & Resorts Travel Platform' mini-program on WeChat). We couldn't book a coach on-site for our two-day trip; it was extremely difficult to get a last-minute booking. On the other side of the ski resort, there's a dining area with a rich selection, from light meals to full dinners, all at reasonable prices for a scenic area. Additionally, the resort has hot springs and an indoor playground, great for relaxing after skiing or for family activities. Since our teenager is older, we skipped these; they're more suited for younger children. My personal opinion is that all the hotels within the resort are quite similar. Since they all include ski passes, there's no need to choose an expensive one. The hotels in Wanda are all a bit older and not very new. Also, most of your time will be spent skiing, so you won't be in the hotel much. Every hotel is within a 3-5 minute walk to the Wanda ski slopes, so just pick one that's a good price! Overall, the skiing experience with the kids was very satisfying. The snow quality is excellent, and the services are complete. Just remember to book your coach in advance!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the location was excellent with a great view. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old.

The family room was great! My kids loved it! The snow view was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were also very friendly. The hotel's overall environment was lovely, and the festive atmosphere was strong. A pleasant surprise for our holiday trip!
