Wanda Jin Resort Changbaishan

One of the highlights of my National Day trip to Changbai Mountain this year was staying at the Jinhua Hotel! During my stay, I was incredibly well taken care of by our butler, Tutu, every day. It truly felt like a home away from home. Before my arrival, Tutu held a room for me as I was arriving late and even upgraded me to an executive breakfast. On the day I checked in, they brought me some snacks, and on my birthday, they surprised me with a cake. The night before I left, I received a Proya skincare set. I was traveling alone, but it felt like I was surrounded by familiar warmth. A huge thank you again to Tutu! It's rare to find a hotel with such attentive and heartwarming staff; this alone makes it stand out from other hotels. The hotel's environment is also notably convenient and elegant. It's right next to the only snack street and entertainment area in Wanda Resort, making dining, drinking, and entertainment incredibly easy. Especially in the evening, when the ambient lights come on, it feels like stepping into a dreamy fairy tale. It's bustling yet peaceful, with unique and beautiful scenery. It's a shame that the long holiday flew by so quickly. I was truly sad to leave and plan to come back for a spring or winter holiday. I'll definitely stay here again, and I wish Butler Tutu all the best in their career and happiness every day!

While the hotel's facilities aren't brand new, the service quality is exceptionally high. Coming from Luneng, I was thoroughly impressed. The internal scenery of the hotel is also beautiful. I felt that the lower floors were more comfortable and convenient than the higher ones. Brother Qixi (or Qi Xi) helped me resolve various issues one by one. The hotel activities were genuinely fun! Additionally, I hope the hotel can provide bed rails in the future for children's safety during sleep, and also a small children's stool to make it easier for kids to reach the sink for washing up. All in all, a very satisfying trip!

The room was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The location is unbeatable—you can see the ski slopes and cable cars right outside the window, and it's just steps away from the visitor center and resort town, making dining and getting around super convenient! Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great, and the staff were warm and attentive! The package came with plenty of perks, easily enough to keep us entertained for two days. The kids loved the water park, and the hot springs were a big hit with the seniors. Although we didn't get to see Tianchi due to the weather, the birch forest right at the entrance was beautiful, and taking the cable car to the mountaintop for a panoramic view of the entire resort was also fantastic!

Had a fantastic three-night, four-day trip to Changbai Mountain. Staying at the Wanda Jinhua Resort Hotel was really convenient. The Wanda game facilities were perfect for our 7-year-old. Yu Zi (Yuzu) provided excellent and thoughtful service – always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. Definitely five-star service!

For our National Day trip to Changbai Mountain, we stayed at the Wanda Jinhua the entire time. Even before we left, our butler, 7-Up (Qixi), contacted us in advance. I also took the opportunity to ask a lot of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly. The hotel has numerous entertainment facilities. Besides visiting the Changbai Mountain Tianchi, we had a blast playing at the hotel every day. Being National Day, it was crowded, so the toboggan and Wah-Koo Lake activities had longer queues, but most other things didn't have much of a wait. We also experienced ginseng digging and Baili Stream rafting. I accidentally left my swimsuit at the water park, and I'm so grateful to our butler for helping me retrieve it and even delivering it to the hotel front desk. Many thanks! Overall, the experience was great. I'll definitely come back in the winter once I learn how to ski.

This was our first family trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, and we chose to stay at Wanda Jin Hua. Throughout our stay, Tu Tu from the executive lounge provided excellent and thoughtful service. She added us on WeChat early on to inform us about our benefits and scenic spot reservation details, which made our entire check-in process incredibly smooth. On the day of arrival, we even received complimentary pastries and fruit. The room was spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain views (՞ਊ՞)👍. The benefits were great fun, but since our child was too young, he couldn't enjoy many of them. We'll definitely bring him back when he's a bit older.

This is my second time staying at Jinhua, and while the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. They have a good variety of entertainment facilities, most of which are free for guests. The breakfast is also quite tasty. I often saw staff inspecting the food standards and the cleanliness of the grounds. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive and friendly. They offered a lot of activities that my child really enjoyed, and all of them were perfect for families with kids. The environment within the resort was absolutely beautiful; all the vibrant colors of autumn were on full display. We also had a dedicated butler, Qixi, who recommended activities and checked in with us throughout our stay, which was excellent.
