房間乾淨智能，前台服務熱情，客人進出酒店都主動打招呼。有機器人送外賣。我是帶着孩子入住的，小朋友喜歡機器人，正好想讓前台多送兩瓶水，前台很貼心的説讓機器人送，跟小朋友一起上去，這個小細節值得表揚，到房間後，整個房間很明亮，衞生好，水壓足，周邊吃飯也挺方便，從阜陽西打車過來很近，很愉快的一次入住體驗。

酒店真的非常棒， 可以説是有求必應 ，從進大堂每個工作人員都很熱情跟您打招呼 ，包括後面續住要訂房前台也是很耐心的幫我處理 ，整體感覺非常好 房間面積也大，他這個是新物業，停車場什麼的都挺方便，房間乾淨明亮，窗户很大，採光特別好，前台的服務值得表揚，有一説一，這個性價比真的很划算。值得入住的酒店。

剛開業的時候住過一次感覺還不錯，後面又選擇了這裏，可能是時間久了房間設施舊了，衞生做的不太好，電話一層灰塵，房間有異味，前台服務非常好立馬為我們換了房間還升級了，很感謝，但是空調製熱效果不太理想，總體來説服務讓我很滿意👍
