這個酒店的基礎設施太差了，有很多東西要麼是不能用，要麼就是太老了，房間內部環境很差，房間的衞生非常不乾淨，床墊有一股黴味，洗澡也是非常的難洗，衞生間特別滑，沒有塑料拖鞋，房間內的網絡基本不能用，酒店總體環境特別不好，服務態度也是相當不好，我就想問一下，七月五號值班的那個前台，你是酒店老闆嗎？顧客是上帝的道理不懂？喪的個臉幹嘛？讓別人看到你的**？

住客自己看看吧 這種情況真的是接受不了 臟亂差，現在各種傳染病，你們真的能接受嗎？因為工作人員的不負責，有可能讓你染上傳染病，然後傳染給家人，雖然是鄉鎮，但衞生不分地區，住的更多的可能還是我們自己，我自述這篇評論，我希望酒店相關管理人員能重視。

很久沒遇到這樣垃圾的酒店了，90年代的招待所的配置，洗手間的門鎖是壞的，下面還破了一大個洞。鄉下的招待所也不怪這個了，主要前台那個外省女人接待，真是個奇葩…我在去哪兒網上定了房，像是和它有仇一樣告訴我，他們沒上過去哪兒，我説沒上我是怎麼定到的？他跟我説是平太自己亂上的….天氣又冷還下雨，硬手給我亂了半天才入住…第二天開發票開始跟我説不給開，説了半天喊我掃碼開（平台優惠後89元），掃碼後離開，到今天都開給我。聽説老闆也是本地的，我們富源人沒這個態度，這外地女人給的服務體驗太差了，説話的語氣、態度、表情都像是和顧客有仇一樣，是因為平台下單提成少嗎？照片沒拍，退房前沒想着要評價的，退房後那接待的態度不得不來給個差評了。

隔音效果非常差，大半夜的聽得見男的打女的，打得嗷嗷叫。一次性拖鞋不好用，特別穿一次性拖鞋在衞生間裏面非常滑，容易摔倒。建議更換。

135的豪華標間，空調一點都不制熱，開了和沒開沒區別。環境也很一般，一個標間，衞生間裏放一個浴缸，都不知道是怎麼想的，洗澡都不方便。熱水也不是很燙，放十多分鐘才會有熱水。而且燒水壺也是壞的，會漏水。隔音也很差，住11樓都聽得到4樓KTV唱歌的聲音，要到晚上12點以後才能安靜下來。
