我們晚上九點四十左右入住的。到房間的時候，房門是開着的，地上有些長頭髮，淋浴房還有用過的痕跡。當時因為覺得不是什麼大事就沒照相。 然後孩子進去洗澡，發現一直是涼水，我給前台打電話解決問題，前台態度倒是真好，上房間調試，又去檢查，打電話説同時用水的人太多了，本來我還有點脾氣，不能同時滿足那麼多人洗澡當初怎麼設計的酒店，又覺得老闆可能是個開酒店的新手也就算了，我們就等着水熱了再洗吧。結果我們斷斷續續的去試水，等到了11點20水還是不夠熱，我和孩子湊合洗了個涼澡就睡了。媳婦忍到第二天早上沒什麼人用熱水的時候再説了。 結果第二天早上，洗澡水最高温度33度，是有所提高，但提高的不多，我們洗澡的水温在37度。所以，不住了！本來決定住兩晚的，洗澡都滿足不了的酒店還不如住車裡呢，起碼不用錢。 我承認咱們床品和前台服務都不錯。但咱們的保潔，打掃完不關門讓外人進來了；打掃不仔細，還有蜘蛛絲；最重要的不能正常洗澡，這和買汽車不給座椅讓你蹲着開車有什麼區別？最起碼的基礎先做好再説吧。
