感覺不真誠，大年初二訂的，晚上凌晨一點多去住，結果去了老闆説太晚了，怕我們不去了，就把房間給別人住了，真搞笑，我出錢了，住不住是我自己的事，一瞬間就心情很不好，以後不會再去了😶

人還沒到，莫名其妙給我辦理了入住，大晚上的我想着説將就了，沒想到空調不能用，説用了還要單加費用，電視壞的直接看不了，設施設備不行，沒電梯提東西不方便，一晚都沒睡踏實，太累了，酒店電話虛設，打電話直接打不通，聯繫不上前台。超級差的體驗，服務不行，設施設備不行。同樣的價格，別的酒店服務好到不行。
