Atour Properties in Fuzhou

This was the last hotel I stayed at during my trip to Fujian, and it was also the best experience. The hotel's overall design felt high-end, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, which pleasantly surprised me. The front desk staff were beautiful and enthusiastic, and they proactively asked if I needed airport transfer services. Especially at night, when I requested mineral water, they thoughtfully had a robot deliver warm water. The room facilities were complete, and the shampoo and shower gel were of excellent quality. The hotel's location is also superb, only a 10-minute drive to the airport. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip back to China—Atour Hotel, Hualin Road, Fuzhou. The facilities are thoughtful and well-maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and attention to detail was impressive. What I loved the most was the bed—it was perfectly balanced and incredibly cozy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again next time .

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, right next to Sanfang Qixiang, with a subway station right outside the door, making it convenient to get anywhere. The service is great; the staff were very polite. I was woken up at night by a guest and a staff member who had the wrong room, and after a long day of travel, I was quite annoyed. However, the next day, they called to apologize and even gave me a souvenir, which made me feel a bit bad for being upset. The downsides are that the cleanliness is quite poor. There were stains on the floor, hair on the bed, and water marks all over the sink. Also, the soundproofing is terrible. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of smoke when I checked in, which was disappointing. Sometimes a hotel can really influence how long a traveler stays in a city. I had originally planned to spend two days in Fuzhou, but due to the cleanliness issues, I decided not to extend my stay and headed straight to Chaoshan instead. With such a sincere attitude, why can't they improve their hygiene? This is Atour, after all!!!

Returning to the lobby late at night, I was surprised to find hot congee waiting; such thoughtfulness is more precious than any star rating. My favorite spot was the lamp in the corner reading area, illuminating countless moments of leisure. Here, stopping over isn't just a layover to rush through; it becomes a cherished part of the journey. As I left, the front desk softly said, 'See you next time.' Yes, I'm sure I will. Atour has convinced me that a good hotel isn't just a cold room, but a warm, memorable space that makes you long to return.

Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at Atour Hotel exceeded expectations. I was in Fuzhou for a business trip in July. I came across this hotel while doing some online research and decided to give it a try. It certainly lived up to its online reviews! **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station. Lines 2 and 5 are just outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get around, including to major attractions, without needing a taxi. 2. **Smart Amenities:** The hotel features very smart and modern amenities throughout. Rooms have card-free power, smart toilets, bedside wireless charging, and even a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks. 3. **Outstanding Service:** The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the young front desk team radiated enthusiasm and energy. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotlessly clean, showing the housekeeping team's meticulous care. Every staff member I encountered in the hallways greeted me warmly, contributing to a truly relaxing stay where I slept soundly and woke up feeling completely refreshed. 4. **Delicious Breakfast:** The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The local 'Laohua' noodles were excellent, and they even had my favorite salad. The sunny-side up eggs were also a unique and tasty offering. 5. **Thoughtful Extras:** The hotel even offers complimentary souvenirs, like a lovely box of tea, and they provided plenty of bottled water. These thoughtful touches were much appreciated! Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. A special shout-out to the washing machine – it was incredibly convenient and worked perfectly!

Atour Hotel Aegean Sea in Jinshan is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip. It is not only the environment and facilities, but also the impeccable service attitude. 1. They called me one day in advance to ask me what time I would arrive at the hotel, and asked me if I was coming to see Cyndi Wang’s concert. I thought they would sell me concert tickets, but later I found out that they wanted to know if they needed any support for me. Glow sticks and refueling sticks used; 2. Every guest who makes a reservation will receive a fruit gift box; 3. We returned to the hotel at 21:30 (see picture 2), and then we learned that free late-night porridge was specially prepared for the guests attending the concert so that they would not be hungry. 4. Picture 4 is the throat lozenges prepared for guests attending Cyndi Wang’s concert; [strong][strong][strong] 5. Breakfast is delicious! 6. The service is extremely considerate and meets customer needs as much as possible; Serving with utmost care will naturally earn you good reviews.

Atour's service details always bring pleasant surprises. Upon check-in, Qiaozhi smiled and offered a welcome tea, the temperature of which was just right, and patiently explained the library's borrowing rules. The room had plenty of charging ports, the deep pillows on the headboard provided excellent support, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation. When my clothes accidentally got dirty, after contacting Kelefei, he quickly helped take them to be washed and dried, and even carefully folded them before returning them. This responsive service was a huge plus, and combined with the clean environment, it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay.

Staying at Atour in Fuzhou was a truly delightful surprise! The front desk staff proactively offered hot tea, which was incredibly heartwarming service. The room was spotless, the bedding had no strange odors, and even the corners were dust-free. The attention to detail was impressive: there were charging ports by the bed, and the toiletries were high-quality. Plus, it's super close to Nanmendou subway station, making it very convenient to explore Sanfang Qixiang. On a side note, the breakfast was also very rich, the 'Laohua' (Fuzhou-style noodles) was delicious, and there was a sweet glutinous rice cake that was also excellent.

Very close to Fuzhou Railway Station. It’s not as elaborate as some other locations in the same chain, but it’s modern. As of 2024/05/07, there was loud construction going on very close by, starting at about 8:30 and continuing until 5:30. The laundry facilities leave something to be desired as far as upkeep and maintenance.
