Unpleasant lady at the front desk. Clean room I had a city view booked - it was not a city view. Breakfast good Good internet. They require a deposit but I don't know why because the room was very basic

I booked a business twin bed at a price close to 400. I thought it would be fine during the National Day holiday, but there was no window and the room smelled so bad that I didn’t have the energy to go downstairs and change rooms at night. The breakfast was full of tourist groups, and there were not many varieties left. There was nothing to eat except tea eggs, and all the plates and bowls had gaps. The lobby is well decorated, but the service is basically non-existent. The most frightening thing is that the landline in the room rang several times inexplicably in the middle of the night. The environment is very good, clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are very new. The accommodation gym, swimming pool and laundry room are free to use. The experience is great. 酒店位置很好 離船政博物館很近 出行很方便 前台工作人員熱情大方 辦理入住 解決問題迅速高效 停車出了點小問題及時處理好了 酒店的健身房是家鐵館 可惜衹在福州待一晚 如果是長住的話應該算是最好的福利了 另外泳池很大 早起游泳再睡個回籠覺應該很舒服 下次到福州還會選擇住這裏
