酒店外部整體環境舒適，房間設施略顯陳舊，周圍吃飯的地方不多。酒店的早餐還説的過去。很多航空公司的空乘人員在這裏住。

服務不行，服務員都有氣無力的感覺，一點都不熱情，衞生條件不行，床單有發黃的污漬，拖鞋一股很重的味道，也有發黃的污漬，房間裏還有壁虎，蜘蛛，設施也舊了，陽台的燈是壞的，打不亮，入住等了一個多小時，結果早就好了忘了通知，體驗感很不好，沙灘不是酒店專屬的，隔一條馬路，很多私家車過來玩
設施：贈送的冰壺和射箭可以忽略不計，管理太差，也不指導，很無聊的，玩一次就不想玩了，
服務：中餐廳價格太貴了，三個菜170*早餐還可以，不過1.2以下小朋友就得補差價

環境景觀非常好，拉開窗簾就是美麗的大海，酒店所有的工作人員都非常有禮貌有笑容，五星級酒店的水平滿分，酒店還有恆温遊池和超大的小童樂園，非常適合帶娃出遊，早餐也是富有特色，賓客關係Eric服務也是非常細緻，這個酒店我給滿分

秒回三亞啊，真的是小三亞，房間很大，大陽台，還有很貼心的晾衣架，知道去海邊玩衣服清洗的多。睡覺很舒服，玩的項目也很多，孩子玩的很開心。離海邊一步之遙，孩子挖沙趕海到晚上9點，10點也問題不大。游泳池最低0.9米，小孩子玩的也很放心。

看好退潮時間去住的酒店，酒店後面就是海灘，有小門刷卡過去，很方便！前台小美女還給我們升級了房間，感謝🙏本來就是趕海的，沒想到酒店意外的很贊，親子酒店小朋友不用出酒店就可以玩一整天的那種，趕海是意外之喜，居然抓到了活的水魚、蝦、小螃蟹、螺和各種貝類！超級開心😃抓到後拿去漳港街道那邊找了家海鮮店加工一下，再配上自己做的熟醉海鮮和啤酒，那一晚的幸福感拉滿😊這個酒店會推薦朋友家人一起去，太適合遛娃趕海

酒店特別大，靠近海邊，房間很大很舒適，靠近機場，趕飛機很方便有接送。Clara服務很細心，總體都棒，我還會選擇來的！最後一天小朋友在睡覺Clara給我們延遲到兩點退房。
小朋友挖沙挖的很開心
就是房間，小童樂園各種設施有點老舊了，希望酒店能多安排點人員駐守小童遊玩點，改善下衞生情況。

不錯的海邊親子樂園，除了海邊沙灘挖沙踏水，還有室內淘氣堡，室外小童活動點。孩子玩得很嗨~
1號樓可以看海景，還可以近距離觀看到即將降落的飛機，孩子很開心😊

各方面都還行，相對舊但是維護得當，餐飲沒有試過。停車位挺多，車位很大。開車去附近的漳港市區和天然居酒樓都很好。酒店背後的沙灘，帶孩子挖沙趕海都方便。幾分鐘就能看到一架飛機起飛，感覺很奇妙。
