The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and Sanfang Qixiang, with plenty of great food options nearby. They have robots that deliver packages and food right to your room, and they'll even sign for your deliveries. Luggage storage is also available, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

The location is super convenient, close to Sanfang Qixiang, West Lake, and the Provincial Museum. There are many great food options nearby; Jihai is right across the street, but I'd especially recommend the local 'Laohua' (noodle soup) and fish balls near the hotel – they're incredibly fresh and authentic! There's also a Cotti Coffee on the first floor, and you can even have your order delivered straight to your room. Overall, the service was really good too! ٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ

The location is super convenient for getting around, the breakfast is plentiful, and the service is top-notch. It's also very reasonably priced. I'll definitely stay here again! It's especially handy for visiting tourist attractions, and the front desk staff are wonderful.

This hotel markets itself as a high-end establishment, so I specifically moved here from the Juchunyuan across the street. However, the facilities and service are really only on par with a budget hotel, which was quite disappointing. What was truly unacceptable was the service. I left a new bottle of conditioner in the bathroom. I checked out at 9 AM, picked up my luggage at 5:30 PM, and they didn't bother to call me until 6 PM. By then, I was already at the train station and about to board, so I didn't press the issue. The next day, I considered asking if they could send it to me with postage due, but I couldn't get through to them at all – either the line was dead or constantly busy. Was it a coincidence or intentional?

The room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, and the facilities were comprehensive. For a similar price, the Business King Room is significantly larger than the Elegant Twin Room. The hotel's location is convenient, with parking, the subway, and Sanfang Qixiang all nearby.
