The staff were incredibly rude. They kept speaking Chinese to a foreign guest who didn't speak Chinese, and I missed the delivery robot because I was sleeping. They could have just left it in front of my door, but they said they'd left it on the first floor, and when I went to get it, they said they'd thrown it away.
