C&D Hotel

The Hualuxe Hotel, nestled by West Lake, boasts beautiful scenery and lush greenery. Its location is also very convenient, not far from the subway station. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, making swimming and fitness easily accessible. The swimming pool is quite large, but unfortunately, my itinerary in Fuzhou this time was too packed. I'll definitely have to swim in the hotel pool if I get a chance to stay at Hualuxe again. The hotel breakfast offers a wide selection, including all sorts of Fuzhou local delicacies. The hotel receptionists warmly helped us with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful gesture. On our last day, they even took us on a tour of the hotel gardens in their golf cart. The housekeeping auntie was very diligent, cleaning our room twice a day, in the morning and evening, and also providing fruit and drinks. I also want to mention the two young ladies at the Xiaowen Teahouse within the hotel; every time we entered, they would enthusiastically offer us fragrant Wuyi rock tea, which instantly helped us beat the summer heat. All in all, staying at the Hualuxe Hotel made us feel right at home.

The location is great, near West Lake Park and close to Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. The hotel decor is luxurious, and the rooms are quite spacious. We booked a family room which was perfect for our family trip. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. I stayed at the C&D Hotel Xihu for 3 days while visiting Fuzhou, and overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel is located right by West Lake, a 15-minute walk from Sanfang Qixiang, and a short taxi ride to Yantai Mountain and Shangxiahang. The hotel pool was clean, and my son went swimming every day. The breakfast was excellent, with local specialties like fish balls, 'rou yan' (meat swallows), and 'lao hua'. The room was spacious, the service was warm and attentive, and they delivered fruit and tremella soup every day. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was large. The hotel is located by West Lake, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a beautiful environment. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Fuzhou snacks, which was fantastic! In the evenings, the restaurant provided complimentary porridge, side dishes, and buns, all of which were especially tasty. Every night, we received a complimentary bird's nest soup and fruit delivered to our room. The hotel is also conveniently close to many attractions.

The first room I was assigned on the 3rd floor was quite damp, and the carpet was peeling and old. Later, I was moved to the fifth floor, which was much better in terms of environment and cleanliness, though it was still quite noisy with a lot of sound at night. I appreciate the staff helping me switch to a clean and hygienic room. They also have robot service, which is convenient.

The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel is right by West Lake, offering a great environment perfect for leisurely strolls. I highly recommend the fish balls and wontons in the breakfast area; the lady at the fish ball station was particularly nice. The hotel's swimming pool was quite clean, and there's a shuttle service available within the hotel grounds, making transportation convenient.
